“FROM THE ALMIGHTY GOD TO YOU (III)”

“Tell the godly that all will be well for them. They will enjoy the rich reward they have earned. We now have this light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure. This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves. We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair. We are hunted down but never abandoned by God. We get knocked down, but we are not destroyed.Through suffering, our bodies continue to share in the death of Jesus so that the life of Jesus may also be seen in our bodies. Yes, we live under constant danger of death because we serve Jesus so that the life of Jesus will be evident in our dying bodies. But now, O Jacob, listen to the Lord who created you. O Israel, the one who formed you says, do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name; you are mine. When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you.” Isaiah 3:10; 2 Corinthians 4:7-11; Isaiah 43:1-2

What we are going through may be strange in our eyes in many ways; confusing in our thoughts as we try in vain to understand them, and painful in our hearts because we have invested efforts in believing God for a miracle through prayers, we have worked hard for it to change and we have done what we could to have good relationship with God the Father and be better Christians and have better life experiences. All these strange things we see and know are not strange in the eyes of our God and the lack of understanding and confusion we suffer are nothing before Him because He understands every event in our lives; He sees what we are going through and what we have gone through and God in concluding the events in our lives says all will be well. It does not matter the result we have, all will be well; it does not matter whether we are favored, denied, frustrated, disappointed, justified, or suffer injustice before men, all will be well, God’s word is true, His will is perfect and His actions will definitely bring joy to us irrespective of what people may do and say concerning the affairs of our lives.

Through the power and revelation of the Holy Spirit of our God, Isaiah wrote, tell the godly that all will be well for them and they will enjoy the rich reward they have earned through believing in Jesus Christ, trusting in Him and trusting their lives and affairs on Him, by following Him and abiding in His righteousness. The reward will be a blessing o you despite all the odds that you will suffer before men, it will bring relief and it will end in you having the joy that only God can give to any human being. It ended well with Abraham and Sarah, it ended well with Noah, it ended with Isaac, it ended well with Jacob, it ended well with Hanna, it ended well with Jabez, it ended well with Joseph, it ended well with David, it ended well with Daniel, it ended with Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, it ended well with Peter, it ended well with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and it will end well with you.

Say to the righteous it is well with them irrespective of the fears in our hearts; the uncertainties in the things we damaging things we hear with our ears and see with our eyes and experience every day; irrespective of the ignorance we have, the known and unknown mistakes we make often, the delays we have suffered, the frustrations and the discouragements we have experienced, and all that Satan and his agents are doing against us, God said it will be well. When the judgment does not favor us, when the injustice is prevalent, when we are rejected and shamefully treated, when unemployed and unmarried, when we are afraid of what might happen next, say to the righteous, it is well. When our plans are not working as expected, when cheated and robbed, when we are denied your rights, when what we have is forcefully taken, say to the righteous it is well as long as we keep our hearts fixed on what God will do next, it will be well.
