SOME TRUST IN HORSES AND SOME IN CHARIOTS

“In times of trouble, may the Lord answer your cry. May the name of the God of Jacob keep you safe from all harm. May he send you help from his sanctuary and strengthen you from Jerusalem. May he remember all your gifts and look favorably on your burnt offerings. May he grant your heart’s desires and make all your plans succeed. May we shout for joy when we hear of your victory and raise a victory banner in the name of our God. May the Lord answer all your prayers. Now I know that the Lord rescues his anointed king. He will answer him from his holy heaven and rescue him by his great power. Some nations boast of their chariots and horses, but we boast in the name of the Lord our God. Those nations will fall down and collapse, but we will rise up and stand firm. Give victory to our king, O Lord. Answer our cry for help.” Psalm 20:1-9

With the Almighty God working in, with, and for you anywhere you are under the heavens above today, there is every certainty and a divinely pronounced assurance that you will succeed in every physical or spiritual test that will come your way; that you will overcome every human trial at every level of your life, and that you will scale over every spiritual or physical hurdle place on your way to fulfilling the plans, the will and the purpose of God for your life, that you will stand on the place that your God had promised and you will see the blessings in the promises being manifested. Do not give up because of delays or denials, they are temporal; do not give up because of test or trials, they will soon pass away, and do not turn back because of the huddles that is intended to make you trip and fall, you see them behind you soon. Our God is able to deliver, to protect, to defend and to lead you to His glory and to your destiny in Him. Those huddles, test, trial and all forms of temptation are nothing before our God.

The time to test your faith and your faithfulness, test your sincerity of purpose, your loyalty to your God and His ways, your trust in the things you do for Him and for others, your love and patience for His promised word, to test your spirit if it is truly in obedience to every word of God irrespective of the time it will take to manifest, and your absolute stand is coming and by God’s grace, you will not fail the test. You will soon be called to testify of whom you trust and of whom you follow, whom you give your heart to influence and your ears to hear, and who and what directs your feet and hands to act. My prayer is that in every test at any time of the day or night, you will not fail. That at the time of your personal testimony in the privacy of your heart and to whoever may be interested in hearing you, will hear of your faith and trust in God, and that you are, and will continue to hold onto your God in absolute and undying hope. Remember, in every situation and in every location, God had given us His unfailing promise that He will not forsake you. Your testimony will give credence to who is inside of your heart, because as you think, so you will speak and act. We always act what we believe directly or indirectly.

It will interest you to know that everyone has a belief about something, either the existence of God or His none existence, about the person of Jesus Christ our Lord; a belief about wealth, money, fame, and some human beings in their lives. It will interest you to know that everyone is looking up for and to something either in their health, profession, neighborhood, children, job, spouse, in their marriage, from the government, organizations and nations; every human being is expecting something, and everyone will receive something; but what you trust in will definitely be the game changer in your expectations. Expectations is the game that affects the lives we live today with the hope for tomorrow; but what and who we trust will help in our expectations will affect the result that we will have. This is where we can draw the line and make the difference for tomorrow.  Who do you trust in all of your expectations? Who do you look to for help, to show the way, to direct you on the way, and to lead you safely on that way? Some trust in self, in number and strength of horses and chariots, but we will trust in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. For Prayers Click here
