YOUR PLACE IS FOR YOU NOT FOR OTHERS (1)

I am confident of the God we serve through Jesus Christ. I am confident in Salvation through the forgiveness of sin and acceptance of Jesus Christ as our only Lord and Savior, I am confident of His words and promises; I am confident that all of His words concerning you will come to pass. I am not confident in the words and promises of men, but one thing I know and keep believing is that no one and nothing will persuade or stop God from completing what He had started in your life and mine. “Being confident of this very thing, that He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.” In your life, despite all that you have seen, heard, and experienced, God will definitely complete all that He had started in, and through you. This is the assurance that I have “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? As it is written, For your sake we are being killed all the day long; we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered. No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Philippians 1:6; Romans 8:35-39

No one dictated how your future should be like to God; God desired it, designed it, and destined it with your name on it Himself, and no one has the power to change that. Surely, there is a place set for you to be successful by the Almighty God; there is a place God wants you to be; there is a position destined for you by God; there are things God wants you to do, and in that place, in that position, and in those things that He wants for you, He also has rewards for you there, and I pray He will make a way for you to get there, to sit there, and to do what He had destined. The way to God’s destiny in one's life is not as easy as some may think. Satan does not desire you to fulfill the destiny of God for your life, that is Satan’s ultimate desire, and all of his works against you are targeted to fulfill his evil preventive, hindering, and stopping plans in your life. But thanks be to our God who is always able to lead us and take us through all adversities and enable us to be what He had said. David had this to say concerning himself and the place God destined for him: “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.” Psalm 23:4-6

Whatever God had destined for you is for you; will be for you, and will remain for you. No one will take them from you even when they deny you of them or prevent you from having them by any means possible to them. No man can or will overturn what God had planned and destined with your name on them. It does not depend on your physical status or your best dreams. It is all because of God’s love for you, His plans for you, His purpose for your life, His willingness to keep you safe and saved, and at the right time, in the right place, and before the right audience, He will give the recommendation that will take you to the place and position He has destined for you in this very life. You may have been forgotten by men, but God has not forgotten you; you have been denied your rights by those too powerful around you, but God will still reserve them for you; you may have suffered so much by what you have gone through, God has His ways of comforting His people, He will comfort you with grace and by His grace. It is very certain that when God sets His mind to bless, He will not be deterred by the activities of men even when they are more powerful than you or are in positions above you. God was the one who recommended David to be anointed and He is the one who made it possible. For prayers, Click here
