"WHO IS DESIRING TO STOP YOU, IF GOD IS FOR YOU?"

There is no power as that of our God, we may be humiliated but we will never be cast down, we may fall but we will never remain on the ground indefinitely and we may be abused and cry for help but our God knows how to rescue us, how to raise us up again and how to wipe our tears away completely. Apostle Paul speaking with Holy authority asked: “What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us? Since he did not spare even his own Son but gave him up for us all, won’t he also give us everything else? Who dares accuse us whom God has chosen for his own? No one, for God himself has given us right standing with himself. Who then will condemn us? No one, for Christ Jesus died for us and was raised to life for us, and he is sitting in the place of honor at God’s right hand, pleading for us. Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? As the Scriptures say, for your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep. No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow, not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below, indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:31-39

Paul concluded that he is convinced that nothing will ever succeed against you and if they do, it is temporal and for a reason which will definitely turn to your glory tomorrow. It is good for all Christians to know that there is no demilitarized zone when it comes to spiritual warfare and evil confrontations from the very day we make a decision for Christ Jesus. The very day that Apostle Paul changed camp to follow Christ Jesus as his Lord and Savior, the very day he accepted to the demand to follow His principles and do His will, that same day, the battle to take his life began, the battle against his ever remaining successful and loved by the people began, the battle to render him physically and spiritually useless, irrelevant and of no reputation began, but in all of those things, Paul said he conquered all and declared we are conquerors in and through Christ Jesus. It was evident in his life that the desires to stop him were strong, the desire to stop him was real and the people who desired such were many and were in position of power, but Paul through faith in Christ Jesus was unstoppable and very successful in what God had called him to do for the kingdom. Your success had been predicted, your joy had been paid for, your breakthrough had been secured and your celebration had been declared. On the Cross Christ said it is finished, He paid the price you could not pay to declare you free and victorious; on the Cross He adopted you to His own forever and gave you His grace to stand up and reign with Him; on the Cross, He put a final touch to the defeat of the devil on your behalf and gave you the authority to defeat him and match forward to greater things in life. Keep your hope alive and never lose your faith; keep close with God irrespective of the situation, walk in obedience and remain faithful to His words, that is the secret of getting over all the odds of struggles from the enemies to stop you and those seeking to bring under their evil control and influence. If your hope is in the word of God and your faith is anchored on His finished work, then you will manifest His promises and nothing and no one will stop you despite their strength, their location, their position and their evil affiliations. With no intent to make you fearful and confused, let me announce to you that there are things seen and unseen, known and unknown desiring to stop you. But God will give you victory. Without sin, the Pharisees and Sadducees desired to stop Jesus Christ but God raised Him again to live forever. For prayers, Click here
