LET MY TIME OF REJOICING COME OH LORD

Post date: Aug 16, 2016 5:04:43 AM

It is certain those who believe in Christ Jesus will rejoice in this life and that to come; it is certain that those who seek Him will rejoice and be glad in Him in this life and that to come; it is certain that those who love Him will also be loved by Him; it is certain that those who love His salvation will speak confidently of the greatness of Your name and works in their lives; it is certain that He will fulfill His plans and His will in your life irrespective of the delays and the delays in seeing them now as promised in His words. It is certain that your hardship, needs, poverty, loneliness, shame, lack, difficulties, failures, rejection, spiritual and physical battles and all demons from their domains in hell will not stop Him on the day He will rise up to change your story and confirm His plans and purpose for creating you and placing you on earth, in that location, in that profession and given you that race and gender. It is certain that He is taking thoughts of you even when you do not feel Him or see Him; He is taking note of your steps, words, efforts, prayers and He is interested in your desires and well-being. It is certain that He is helping you and will not fail to deliver and help you stand up and stand out again. Do not delay oh Lord.

Those who waits on the Lord will definitely rejoice; those who are patient and humble in spirit will definitely be rewarded; He will incline His ears to hear their cry. He will draw them up from every pit of destruction, from every miry bog of shame and loneliness, and He will set their feet upon a rock that men or the devil will never be able to remove, making their steps secured by His word and by His presence with them. He will put a new song of praise to their God in their mouth. He will set them up for many to see, to hear and to fear because they put their trust in Him. God will definitely bless those who trust in Him; those who are not proud of who they are and what they have done but are proud of who Christ is in their lives; He will reward them and reward those who are truthful and dependence on His words and ways. He will multiply His wondrous deeds and thoughts of good things towards you and no can will be able to be compared with you in your profession when He finishes with you.

“I waited patiently for the Lord; he inclined to me and heard my cry. He drew me up from the pit of destruction, out of the miry bog, and set my feet upon a rock, making my steps secure. He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the Lord. Blessed is the man who makes the Lord his trust, who does not turn to the proud, to those who go astray after a lie. You have multiplied, O Lord my God, your wondrous deeds and your thoughts toward us; none can compare with you. I will proclaim and tell of them, yet they are more than can be told. In sacrifice and offering, you have not delighted, but you have given me an open ear. Burnt offering and sin offering you have not required. Then I said, behold, I have come; in the scroll of the book it is written of me: I delight to do your will, O my God; your law is within my heart. I have told the glad news of deliverance in the great congregation; behold, I have not restrained my lips, as you know, O Lord. I have not hidden your deliverance within my heart; I have spoken of your faithfulness and your salvation; I have not concealed your steadfast love and your faithfulness from the great congregation. As for you, O Lord, you will not restrain your mercy from me; your steadfast love and your faithfulness will ever preserve me. For evils have encompassed me beyond number; my iniquities have overtaken me, and I cannot see; they are more than the hairs of my head; my heart fails me. Be pleased, O Lord, to deliver me, O Lord, make haste to help me. Let those be put to shame and disappointed altogether who seek to snatch away my life; let those be turned back and brought to dishonor who delight in my hurt. Let those be appalled because of their shame who say to me, aha, aha. But may all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you; may those who love your salvation say continually, “Great is the Lord. As for me, I am poor and needy, but the Lord takes thought for me. You are my help and my deliverer; do not delay, O my God.” Psalm 40:1-17. For prayers Click here
