REMEMBER ME DEAR LORD

Post date: Jun 5, 2014 4:00:18 AM

God has an absolutely perfect memory of the past, the present and the future, He is the author of all things that was existing then, that which is existing now and that which will come to exist  in the future; there is nothing hidden from His eyes, from His knowledge and His power. He has an absolute knowledge of everything about you, your present location and current profession, all of you past and present troubles, and most of all He knows His plans for your life.

The joy of living and being with high hopes for a better future for us and everyone with us despite the pains and the frustrations we see every day is not based on all the materials things we possess, but are based on the finished work of our Lord Jesus Christ whom we serve with all our hearts, who lives, abides and walks with us every day to achieve those good things in His words. Though He knew everything about us, the scriptures encourages us to ask Him for whatever we may be in need of. This is not limited to spiritual things only but to all things that we know we have need of, the ones we see and the ones we do not see but to see through faith. Today we will ask Lord who knows all about me, to remember us for good.

Asked for the remembrance and the performance that will bring a very remarkable change in your live in all things; the kind of change that which will take you from where you are now in any situation, location and position to where He had destined you to be. Ask the change that will not suffer delay, denial and frustrations again; the kind of change that will be impossible for the devil and men to resist; that which will transform your words towards yourself, your family, your home, children, finances, and profession.

If there is nothing to show for the remembrance then there is no need to ask, but there will definitely be something great to show the world that God had remembered you. When God remembered Esther, He took the little innocent orphan’s to the place and made her the kings’ best beloved wife. When Mordicai was remembered, he was given a royal ride round town with an exclamation and did not seat at the gate again the rest of his life; even a thief who was on at the right place and at the right time asked Christ Jesus to remember. How much more you, who had been redeemed and made clean by the blood of Jesus Christ? Do not relent to ask, do not relent to wait patiently till the expected changes are received, seen, and celebrated.

“O Lord, I give my life to you. I trust in you, my God. Do not let me be disgraced, or let my enemies rejoice in my defeat. No one who trusts in you will ever be disgraced, but disgrace comes to those who try to deceive others. Show me the right path, O Lord; point out the road for me to follow. Lead me by your truth and teach me, for you are the God who saves me. All day long I put my hope in you. Remember, O Lord, your compassion and unfailing love, which you have shown from long ages past. Do not remember the rebellious sins of my youth. Remember me in the light of your unfailing love, for you are merciful, O Lord. The Lord is good and does what is right; he shows the proper path to those who go astray. He leads the humble in doing right, teaching them his way. The Lord leads with unfailing love and faithfulness all who keep his covenant and obey his demands. For the honor of your name, O Lord, forgive my many, many sins. Who are those who fear the Lord? He will show them the path they should choose. They will live in prosperity, and their children will inherit the land. The Lord is a friend to those who fear him. He teaches them his covenant. My eyes are always on the Lord, for he rescues me from the traps of my enemies. Turn to me and have mercy, for I am alone and in deep distress. My problems go from bad to worse. Oh, save me from them all. Feel my pain and see my trouble. Forgive all my sins. See how many enemies I have and how viciously they hate me. Protect me. Rescue my life from them. Do not let me be disgraced, for in you I take refuge.” Psalm 25:1-20. Today’s Prayer: Remember me Lord. For more prayers, Click here
