BEFORE YOU MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN

Stop, take a long purse, think it over again, ask all the questions you can ever ask, and pray all the prayers you can possibly pray. There is nothing wrong praying on the same issue over and over again, God will not be angry with you for doing that. He will always be very merciful to everyone and will always give everyone several opportunities, second chances on the same issue with the same magnitude of blessings are very rare, and a second mistake on the same issue is always very annoying and extremely painful. For the sake of your joy and happiness, you cannot afford to make a second mistake on the same issue, and you should not.

What distinguishes you in life is not the number of opportunities that you will have, but the choices you will make when those opportunities come knocking on you. The choices you make today on any matter are more important to you, to God and to humanity than you will ever be able to imagine and understand now. God wants to celebrate your success while the devil wants to laugh your failure. The angels of God and the people of God wants to see and hear your rising, while the devil and his agents wants to see you sink further into despair and destruction. Your choice, whether big or small, significant or insignificant, has the power beyond your thoughts and imaginations to completely change everything about you, about your dreams, your visions, your desires, your family life and your profession. It has a far reaching effect than just your personal satisfaction. Your choice can take you up, which is what everyone expects and your choice can bring you down, which is what no one expects. Before you reach the point of the final decision as a Christian, spend good time in sincere heart searching prayers; while praying, never ignore the signs of the blessings that will come and the consequences of those choices.

Praying before a choice is not a sign of weakness or inability, but a sign of seeking divine help and direction from Him who knows all things before they ever come to existence. Prayers is putting your believe in action in your decisions, it is going beyond the physical to seek proper understanding and direction so that you do make that same mistake over and over again.

Our Lord and savior Jesus Christ in His absolute perfection and Holiness did not ignore praying before choosing His disciples and doing what He came into the world to do. The scripture assures us that Christ spent a great amount of time in prayers each day, but yet the man who betrayed Him, Judas was one of those He chose after one of those all night prayers. Remember also that He was arrested immediately after a marathon section of prayers with all of His disciples besides Judas. Christ gave priority to daily prayers in all things and we should do the same if we desire to minimize the number of mistakes we make in life.

“Now in those days it occurred that He went up into a mountain to pray, and spent the whole night in prayer to God. And when it was day, He summoned His disciples and selected from them twelve, whom He named apostles, special messengers: They were Simon, whom He named Peter, and his brother Andrew; and James and John; and Philip and Bartholomew; And Matthew and Thomas; and James son of Alphaeus, and Simon who was called the Zealot, And Judas son of James, and Judas Iscariot, who became a traitor, a treacherous, basely faithless person.” Luke 6:12-16.

Prayer is a complete restrain to the devil in many ways and also advances the plans and desires of the righteous in many ways. Thank God that Christ Jesus finished His mission before Judas completed his plots. I am convinced that it was the prayer life of Jesus Christ that kept the devil from stopping Him earlier in life and ministry. You should not a victim again but a success in Christ Jesus.
