“The Lord said, who then is the faithful and wise steward of the estate, whom his master will put in charge over his household, to give his servants their portion of food at the proper time? Blessed is that servant whom his master finds so doing when he arrives. I assure you and most solemnly say to you, he will put him in charge of all his possessions. But if that servant says in his heart, my master is taking his time in coming, and begins to beat the servants, both men and women, and to eat and drink and get drunk, the master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he does not know and will cut him in pieces, and assign him a place with the unbelievers. And that servant who knew his master’s will, and yet did not get ready or act in accord with his will, will be beaten with many lashes, but the one who did not know it and did things worthy of a beating will receive only a few lashes. From everyone to whom much has been given, much will be required; and to whom they entrusted much, of him they will ask all the more.” Luke 12:42-49

With the anointing from heaven on your life, more will be demanded from you; more will be expected from you; more will be pressed on you, more will be seen in you, and you will have to give more of everything in and about yourself. With the anointing, you will be busy, very busy and have no time to do otherwise as you may personally desire. Anointing comes with demands irrespective of the purpose and the place of the anointing. When God anoints you, He will place His demands on you, men will also place their demands on you, and Satan will also place his demands on you daily. These demands are what drives you daily and define your purpose and also prepare you for success; it will force you to act and it is what will give you the fulfillment of the anointing you desire; these demands is what will keep you up in the day and in the night, these demands will also make you very useful for God, for yourself and for others; it will make you more relevant and consistent and successful in what you do; these demands will keep you active in thoughts and opens you up for more insights in decision making and conclusions. And it is the decisions and conclusions and what you will act on thereafter that will keep you always relevant, greatly blessed and continuously useful in the hands of the Almighty God as He uses you to get His plans done according to His purpose.

Because the anointing changes people for good forever, changes things for the better, and change every situation, it will place a demand on your time, a demand on your comforts, a demand on your relationship, a demand on your recreations, and a demand on your leisure. It will deprive you of certain comforts and pleasures, demands you speak right and act right, but the result of these enormous demands will make you a better person, keep you a faithful, a dependable, and a successful person and a center point for God’s plans and programs. Remember, to whom much is given, much will also be required, and to whom less is given less will also be required and whom nothing is given, nothing will also be required; but it is very certain God had given you something unique and He wants to anoint you for that gift to come to the light, be empowered, be used and also provide blessings to you and to others around you. The demand is much, “For this reason, since the day we heard about it, we have not stopped praying for you, asking that you be filled with the knowledge of His will with insight of His purposes, and understanding of spiritual things, so that you will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to fully please Him in all things, bearing fruit in every good work and steadily growing in the knowledge with deeper faith, insight and fervent love for His precepts; we pray that you may be strengthened and invigorated with all power, according to His glorious might, to attain every kind of endurance and patience with joy; giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in the Light.” Colossians 1:9-12.
