There is power in divined enabled dreams; there is power in godly visions; there is power in strong godly desires; there is power in having good and excellent expectations; there is power in prayers through the name of Jesus Christ; there is power in purposeful and godly determinations; there is power in being focused on that which is good, excellent and rewarding; there is power in fasting the right way with the right motives and praising your God always in all situations; there is power in continuous faith and being truly faithful to God, to men and to your calling; and there is power in putting all your efforts to achieve the very best in life in everything; but despite all the good benefits in the above activities, without your having a sincere and consistent trust in the Almighty God, you will end up being greatly disappointed, discouraged and frustrated, but that is not God’s will and plans for your life. His plans are forever good.

The most important thing you will ever do for yourself, your desires and to advance in this life and in what you are doing is to put all your trust in the Almighty God. One of the best ways of living the life you want to live, doing the things you want to do, being what you want to be in Christ Jesus, and having the victory you deserve and established with a solid foundation is to trust in the Almighty God. Your world can be turned around for the very best ever, your dreams can be fulfilled beyond imagination, your fears can go away and replace with joy and peace from above, your deliverance can be secured and your health fully restored, when you trust in the living God. There is nothing concerning you that God cannot change completely when you put your absolute trust in the Lord. He wants to fulfill His words in you through you trust.

Solomon was born and raised up with hope. He was destined by God to be king after David; He was destined to be rich and established, to build the temple which David made provision for. He was destined to be great, admired and known. But he was hated by his brothers. None in their lifetime wanted to him fulfill those things, but when the time came, his was anointed king. Though they rose up to stop God’s plans for his life, but God did not stop him; they fought themselves, Solomon did not fight back; he but trusted God and God established him.

This is His personal counsel; “My son, forget not my law or teaching, but let your heart keep my commandments; For length of days and years of a life worth living and tranquility inward and outward and continuing through old age till death, these shall they add to you. Let not mercy and kindness, shutting out all hatred and selfishness, and truths, shutting out all deliberate hypocrisy or falsehood forsake you; bind them about your neck, write them upon the tablet of your heart. So shall you find favor, good understanding, and high esteem in the sight or judgment of God and man. Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding. In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths. Be not wise in your own eyes; reverently fear and worship the Lord and turn entirely away from evil. It shall be health to your nerves and sinews, and marrow and moistening to your bones.” Proverbs 3:1-8

Solomon enumerated some of the benefits of trusting God; long life, peace, favor before God and before men, God directing and making straight your path and rejuvenating your life. These are just a few of what you will benefit in trusting God. Please despite what you will see physically in life and what you will go through, despite the doubts, when you keep trusting, you will see His power and His in your life in an amazing way. That is when things will begin to change for your good. Be consistent and patient in trusting God, He will not disappoint you, He will not forsake you. As God did confirm His words to Solomon, He will do the same in your life in Jesus Name.
