GOD’S PLANS  --  YOU SHALL NOT PERISH (1)

Post date: Sep 20, 2020 11:21:18 PM

We all have plans, written or in our hearts and minds, but despite all our plans, despite all our dreams, struggles, and desires, God also has plans for everyone and everything He made; plans for everyone who believes in Him; plans for those who accepts and follows Jesus Christ as Lord and rely on Him as Savior; He has plans for every obedience to His word and plans for every disobedience. He has plans for the faithful and for the unfaithful; plans for the righteous and the unrighteous. There is nothing on earth today in any nation irrespective of their greatness or lack and no human being rich or poor and alive today that God has no plans for, and in all situations, irrespective of location and status, God’s plans are truly perfect, truly elevating, physically and spiritually transforming, and they ensure health, life, peace, and glory. God said to the children of Israel while they were still in captivity; “I alone know the plans I have for you, plans to bring you prosperity and not disaster, plans to bring about the future you hope for." Jeremiah 29:11

God has plans for you, He has ways for you and He is willing to lead you through those plans to the destiny He had promised. Afflictions, sickness, pains, rejection, loneliness, lack, and shame cannot stop God’s plans for you; they may try to stop you, they will do all they could to prevent you, they will humiliate you, they will punish you, but it is very certain that nothing can and will stop God when you submit yourself to follow and obey His ways. The people did all to humiliate and stop Daniel; they accused him, plotted to throw him into the lion’s den, desired to see him die and they followed up with their plans. Unknown to them was the fact that God had concluded His plans to keep Daniel's life despite their successful plans and efforts. God did not also reveal His plans to Daniel and God did not change His mind when the people succeded in their plots. As God was with Daniel, so is He with you now and today. I want you to know that He has not changed His mind despite what you are going through in your health, finances, marriage, family, job, education, and in your current location. Despite the success of the afflictions, the pains, and the shame, God’s plans for you is not changed. Despite the afflictions of the children of Israel in Egypt, God did not change His mind concerning their freedom; despite the strength of Pharaoh and his army, despite their being well equipped for battle, despite the unpreparedness of the children of Israel for battle against the Egyptians God gave them victory because He did not change His mind concerning them. Despite what you are going through now, the delays, insults, pains, and shame, God has not changed His mind concerning you. He will fulfill His plans.

You will not know all of His plans, but trust that He has plans for you, He will take you through these present obstacles, these present pains, and these present hardship. His plans are bigger than dreams, better than what we know and think, larger than all the biggest imaginations in our hearts, and far better than the very best of our understanding of things and issues. All of His plans are not in any way compared to our plans or our thoughts. “The Lord says, come, everyone who is thirsty—here is water; come, you that have no money—buy grain and eat; come, buy wine and milk—it will cost you nothing. Why spend money on what does not satisfy? Why spend your wages and still be hungry? Listen to me and do what I say, and you will enjoy the best food of all. Listen now, my people, and come to me; come to me and you will have life. I will make a lasting covenant with you and give you the blessings I promised to David. I made him a leader and commander of nations, and through him, I showed them my power. Now you will summon foreign nations; at one time they did not know you, but now they will come running to join you. I, the Lord your God, the holy God of Israel, will make all this happen; I will give you honor and glory. Turn to the Lord and pray to him, now that He is near.” Isaiah 55:1-6. Through His plans, David was transformed from a shepherd boy to a king and leader in Israel and God gave him honor and respect. For prayers, Click here
