REASONS YOU SHOULD BE FRUITFUL (VI)

Post date: Oct 11, 2016 1:00:33 AM

God does not forsake those who are called by His name, who vow to remain His own despite the situations they find themselves daily. “But now, this is what the Lord, your Creator says, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel, Do not fear, for I have redeemed you from captivity; I have called you by name; you are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you. When you walk through fire, you will not be scorched, nor will the flame burn you. For I am the Lord your God, The Holy One of Israel, your Savior; I have given Egypt to the Babylonians as your ransom, Cush, ancient Ethiopia and Seba its province in exchange for you. Because you are precious in My sight, You are honored and I love you, I will give other men in return for you and other peoples in exchange for your life. Do not fear, for I am with you; I will bring your offspring from the east where they are scattered and gather you from the west. I will say to the north, Give them up, And to the south, do not hold them back. Bring My sons from far way And My daughters from the ends of the earth, Everyone who is called by My Name, Whom I have created for My glory, Whom I have formed, even whom I have made.” Isaiah 43:1-7

God will listen to what people say of you but He will not act because they said something about you but He will act according to His love for you, according to His purpose for you, according to His destiny for you and according to His knowledge of what you have done with His instructions and His commandments; He will act according to His mercies and faithfulness and He will act because He knows you and does not need anyone to tell Him of you. There are conspirators who are out there scheduled to bring you down to the pits of shame, poverty, loneliness, disgrace, and endless sorrows; they are ready to prevent every good thing from ever reaching your hands; they are well armed with every information about you and are well prepared to stop you by all means available to them from being fruitful despite your efforts; they work 24/7 in the spiritual and also the physical realm; they are well connected and acts as friends but they are with evil intent. But the good news is that despite their numbers, their connections, position, knowledge, and ability, there is nothing that is impossible for your God to do; He can stop them; He can preserve you; He can defend you; He can deliver you, and despite their strength and knowledge about you, He can do what He wants to do and He can still make you make you to be very fruitful. His desire is that you should be fruitful despite the plans and actions of your conspirators and that is my stand for you and my prayers every day for all Christians.

God had not forsaken you and will never forsake or forget the righteous despite what they are going through daily. He did not forget Daniel in the prison even though he was a captive of war, and He did not forget him in the lion’s den when his conspirators thought they had succeeded in silencing and killing him. That is the power of your God, He brought Daniel out of that den of lions unhurt by the lions to accomplish what He had destined him to accomplish in life, and God will do the same for you in this very life. God did not forget Shadrach Meshack and Abednego in the furnace of fire despite the increase in its temperature, the intent and agreement between their conspirators and king Nebuchadnezzar. This was the testimony of what God did for them: “The satraps, the prefects, the governors and the king’s counselors gathered around them and saw that in regard to these men the fire had no effect on their bodies, their hair was not singed, their clothes were not scorched or damaged, even the smell of smoke was not on them.” Daniel 3:27. God did not forget Moses in the forest after he ran away from Pharaoh, from the palace, and from his men. God visited him in that forest with a miracle he had never seen or heard before. That He can do for you also. God did not forget the children of Israel in the wilderness despite spending forty years wondering, they eventually reached the Promised Land. For prayers Click here
