GIVE ME A SMILE NOT A FROWN DEAR LORD

Post date: Jun 27, 2014 4:01:00 AM

There are many things in life that had been forcing you to frown and be bitter, but God will not allow you to continue in them indefinitely. It is time to break into the realm of God’s bliss and promises for your life; you have had enough of frowns over the years as a result of disappointments, delays, denials and frustrations; your have had more than enough cries in your heart and openly; you have mourn your loses enough; you have been alone and lonely enough; the answers to your prayers and wishes had been long overdue; it is time to break the yoke and sing a new song, it is time for God to replace the years of frown with a new life of smiles.

I am trusting that God will begin giving you cogent reasons to smile from now on; I am asking for the kind of smiles that will continuously grow into a big laugh of exceeding joy, not a forced smile, but the smile that is as a result of the new things that God is doing in your life and situation. The type of smile that will completely change everything about your life from bad to good, leaving a new and better impression in your heart about the ability of your God. The type of smile that will result in a higher hope, better days with greater self-confidence to continue in your Christian services. A smile that will make you to accept yourself rather than rejecting yourself; a smile that will make you to trust God the more in everything; a smile that will encourage you the more, make you more friendly, more accessible, more generous, and more prayerful

I am asking God to give you a smile that will never be taken away from you; a smile that will make you to forget your past odd situations and help you to look with joy and hope to your future; I am truly trusting that God will replace all your frowns with a smile that will break off everything that had been causing impossibilities in your dreams, visions, desires, and that which had been stunting your progress and efforts in life. It is time to wake up in the morning with a thanksgiving joy and positive attitude rather than the fear of what bad thing will happen next.

Despite absolutely living and trusting in the word of God, when the sweet promises for a child was unduly delayed according to her calculation and age was rapidly taking its toll on her, when all hope was lost; God in His mercy did not forget any of His promises to Abraham and Sarah, He started by giving Sarah a smile when she began seeing sign of being pregnant. The small smile of that day did not go away, it finally resulted in Sarah having to laugh when she gave birth to Isaac to the amazement of herself and others who had thought her situation will never change. The smile that God is giving you from now on will never go away until it turns to an amazing laugh as that of Sarah. Remember that delay in never denial in the sight of God despite your age, your location, your gender and all that people will ever say and do to you.

When last did you give yourself a smile despite your situation for any of your achievement or fulfillment? When last did you frown at yourself or become bitter of the news you heard about yourself? If yesterday did not end the way you wanted, remember God is still in control of your life for good today. “For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime. Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning. When I was prosperous, I said, nothing can stop me now.” Psalm 30:5-6.

From now on, God will begin touching those things that had been forcing you to keep a perpetual frowning countenance and odd character, forcing you to unconditionally hate people and even hate yourself, asking why you woke up in the morning, hate your days in your office, hate your type and location of job, hate your spouse, your profession, hate your children, and frown at everything around you. The fresh grace from heaven that will turn your frowning into an amazing smile with better result following is being poured on you from now on as you pray along with me in Jesus Name.
