"WHAT IS GOD SAYING TO ME? II"

Post date: Mar 13, 2017 1:36:53 AM

In everywhere you go and in everything you will ever do there are people and voices seeking your attention and desiring your total submission to them; these people and voices wants to have all of who you are, all of what you have, and all of what you will become; all of them come with a promise and all has something to offer to you but despite their promises and seeming convictions, not all are of God or from God, not all are good for you now and in the future, and not all will keep their promises. The people and voices are so clear in their offerings, you can hear them very well but it is very difficult to distinguish the good from the bad. This is where the confusions of life come to many of us and it is in the way we hand this confusion that we will be able to know the voice of our God and the voice of the devil speaking to us directly or through men.

The voice of God concerning you and your future is not an afterthought due partially or entirely to your present location, profession, situation or your present circumstance; it is not controlled by your current economic situations or by the government or people in power. God spoke His words concerning you long before you were conceived and long before you were born, on the day of your conversion through salvation by faith in Jesus Christ, that voice was reaffirmed openly and echoed to the hearing of the people around and to you. By grace you will hear the voice of your father in heaven again concerning you; you will hear the voice again encouraging you; you will hear that voice again when you are confused, stranded and not knowing what to do; you will hear that voice again when people are mocking and rejecting you; you will hear that voice again when your efforts are not producing the fruits it is intended to produce and you will hear that voice again when you have lost your respect in your marriage, in your family, in your office, and among your children; you will hear God again affirming His gift and grace on your life; you will hear that voice again giving you direction and assurance for the next step; you will hear that voice again encouraging you to keep hope and trust alive in Christ Jesus; you will hear that voice again speaking peace and gladness to you; you will hear that voice clearly again saying you will be accomplished and you will live to glory your Father in heaven. You will hear that voice again saying you will be restored, your shame is taken away, the days of your condemnation is over and the glory of God is on you again for good. You will hear the voice saying you have been accepted instead of rejected; you have won the offer despite the mistakes you made and you will hear the voice again saying to you, ‘God is fighting in your battle, hold your peace, you will have the victory.’

Long before Jesus Christ was manifested in the flesh for the world to see, He was chosen and loved by His Father; long before He went to John the Baptist to be baptised in water, God the Father was well pleased and delighted in Him and in His activities; long before He stepped on the waters in river Jordan, God had accepted His sacrifice but on that glorious day, God sent His angels to make an open announcement for John the Baptist and the people standing with him to hear and believe and be convinced and also to follow Christ Jesus as the one sent by God as their Lord and savior. “After Jesus was baptized, He came up immediately out of the water; and behold, the heavens were opened, and he (John) saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove and lighting on Him (Jesus), and behold, a voice from heaven said, this is My beloved Son, in whom I am well-pleased and delighted.” Matthew 3:16-17. This is the assurance in His word for you as you will continue faithfully in Him; “But now, this is what the Lord, your Creator says, O Jacob, and He who formed you, O Israel, do not fear, for I have redeemed you from captivity; I have called you by name; you are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you. When you walk through fire, you will not be scorched, nor will the flame burn you. For I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior.” Isaiah 43:1-3. You will not miss His plans. For Prayers Click here
