JOB WAS NEVER A MISTAKE

The words of men slandering and speaking evil against you daily; the thoughts of men wishing you will never progress beyond where you are right now; the imaginations of men wanting you to stop and to completely diminish from pursuing your goals and diminish from the scene of good things; and the hearts of men waiting to see if you will ever make it through in life are totally nothing compared to what God is saying in His promises to you; they are nothing compared to what God is thinking of you; and they are nothing compared to the plans of God for your life. In God, you will forever have the very best; you will forever have the sweetest of all; you will forever have the most joyful moment after the battle; and you will definitely have the victory despite the number of battles that are confronting you daily.

It was not as result of a mistake that Job lost all of his children, lost all of his wealth, lost all of his workers and finally got so sick that he was completely rejected by friends, family members and everyone else who were close to him before that day. In just one day, the life of Job and everything about him turned upside down, but it was not because he made a mistake or was a mistake. It was not by his mistake that the devil came tempting him through the loss of all the things he ever had; and it was not a mistake that Job survived all the years of rejections, pains, sickness and humiliation; and it was not by mistake that he was totally restored and subsequently blessed far beyond what he was before.

It was not a mistake that God turned the captivity of Job around for the very best: it was not a mistake that Job sincerely prayed for his friends; it was not a mistake that people gave him gift until he was totally blessed; it was not a mistake that his brothers, sisters and all who had known him before, returned and sympathized with him and comforted him. It was not a mistake that every man also gave him a piece of money, and an earring of gold. It was not a mistake that God made him a blessing, gave him seven sons and three daughters; and it was not a mistake that God gave his daughters beauty beyond comparison.

Because of the blood of Jesus Christ covering you since the day you were saved through grace in Christ Jesus, the Almighty God will never ignore you in any situation despite the number of days or years you have been there; He will never forget you in every of your troubles in the day or in the night even when your enemies are all around you; He will never abandon you in your days and times of temptation, trials and cruelty of men even when they are many and stronger than you; He will never leave you desolately poor and desperately in want. He will meet your needs; He will heal your body; he will heal and he will restore your finances; He will establish your family and he will sustain you in His grace.

The suffering of Christ Jesus while on the cross at Calvary, the beating, stripes, and the stripping naked were never a mistake; it was a deliberate plan by God that all Christians will be redeemed from all forms of eternal suffering because of the suffering. It was the plan by God to take us to Himself and to preserve us for Himself. The blood of Jesus Christ that was shed on the Cross was for the purpose of fulfilling a divine requirement for washing us clean from sin, purifying our hearts, minds and thoughts from the stains of sin. The resurrection was never a mistake; it was designed to give us the assurance and confidence that all believers will also resurrect and be with God in heaven.

“When Job prayed for his friends, the Lord restored his fortunes. In fact, the Lord gave him twice as much as before. Then all his brothers, sisters, and former friends came and feasted with him in his home. And they consoled him and comforted him because of all the trials the Lord had brought against him. And each of them brought him a gift of money and a gold ring. So the Lord blessed Job in the second half of his life even more than in the beginning.” Job 42:10-12.
