DO WHAT YOU TOLD ME DEAR LORD (1)

“For nothing will be impossible with God. And Mary said, behold, I am the servant of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word.” Luke 1:37-38. Mary was told, even your conception will be possible despite what you know about yourself, the word and promises you heard will come to pass in your life, all will be fulfilled. “And the word of the Lord came to me, saying, Jeremiah, what do you see? And I said I see an almond branch. Then the Lord said to me, you have seen well, for I am watching over my word to perform it.” Jeremiah 1:11-12. When God opens the eyes of Jeremiah to see, He also opened his ears to hear and Jeremiah heard God asking him what he saw, and God replied him, what you saw is right, and assured him that He is watching over all of His words and revelations to him to perform them as He had shown him. God will not watch over you in vain neither will He watch over His word in vain. God’s Words accomplishes only that which He pleases; that which He reveals; that which He purposes, and it always prospers in everything for which He sent it and in the lives of those He destined according to His word and His purpose. Your life is with a defined purpose by God despite what you think of yourself, what you know of yourself and your future, and what you are currently experiencing.

You were designed by God and destined to fulfill a purpose that is glorious and big; God did not design you to be a spectator in the world. By His grace and power, He will help you from now on to fulfill that purpose He designed and destined. They have not been changed because you were designed for them. Samuel said Saul after he had been anointed and before he was recognized as King in Israel; “The Spirit of the Lord will come powerfully upon you, and you will prophesy with them, and you will be changed into a different person. Once these signs are fulfilled, do whatever your hand finds to do, for God is with you.” I Samuel 10:6-7. Your destiny had not been changed but you will be changed to conform to that which you were destined for. God will take away that hindering challenges from you. He will take away that frustrating hardship. He will establish you in His grace and by His grace to fulfill His purpose God will enable you beyond your strength and knowledge; He will enable you beyond the words and help of those who are waiting and seeking to take advantage of you. He will show you His power and you will never be the same despite your present state, location, and circumstance.

God will walk you through those difficulties; through those impossibilities, and through all evil experiences in your life; in no way will He watch over your shame without changing it; over your destruction without bringing something new and better, and your pains without showing you His mercy and comfort. While watching over the children of Israel, God walked them through the Red Sea despite their challenges. He will watch to ensure you are delivered, you are restored, you are redeemed, and you are established. He watched over Job until he was fully restored and established despite what Satan did to him, to his family, and to his business. God watched over Jabez despite what his parents thought and did to him. He watched over David despite not being given any chance to stand against Goliath, a trained and successful warrior.

Since it is impossible for God to fail, it is also impossible for His words to fail. God is not a man and He does not change His word; does not change His plans, and will never change His promises to you. He does not regret, does not make mistakes, and will never take back His words. Failure is never part of His plans even when we fail and are often disappointed. He remains God and He always blesses those who come to and remain faithfully in Him through obedience. Oh Lord my God, quicken your word, perform your miracle, fulfill your promises, and establish your servant; send your glory to glorify your name and rend down the heavens for your name’s sake. What you have said is true and they are all very possible. Make me as your word said, establish me as your word said, and bless me in your presence always. For prayers, Click here
