LORD, RESTORE THE VOICE OF MY REJOICING

Post date: Jul 18, 2013 4:08:57 AM

True, many have completely lost their voice of rejoicing in today’s world; they have spent most of their days weeping or mourning privately or openly over issues that they have tried several times to overcome, defeat or change in their lives without success, things that have proved to be too difficult for them and far beyond their thoughts and ability despite their efforts. They have no power of rejoicing even in things they do daily for a living.

Many are more engaged in trying to manage their problems rather than rejoicing in their victories and achievements. Many also have completely forgotten that there is something called joy and happiness in the world, they are so engrossed in pains, regrets, wishes and frustrations every day, such that talking about something else to them is completely a mirage, but I am thankful to God that He is going to restore your lost voice of rejoicing in the name of Jesus Christ.

Due to the presence of evil and wickedness, weakness, failure, disappointment, delays, denials, and frustrations most people have lost their voice of rejoicing, they have given up hope for a turn around, for victory, for success, for a new life and for celebration, but I am thankful to God that He will restore that voice of rejoicing again to you in full, in this life, in the things you are doing presently, the one you are going to begin doing, and in the things you are trusting Him for right now, marriage, family, children, home, job, and ministry.

Despite the gloominess and uncertainties of today, God will definitely restore to you the voice of your rejoicing. These are His words: - “Behold, in the future restored Jerusalem, I will lay upon it health and healing, and I will cure them and will reveal to them the abundance of peace, prosperity, security, stability and truth. And I will cause the captivity of Judah and the captivity of Israel to be reversed and will rebuild them as they were at first. And I will cleanse them from all the guilt and iniquity by which they have sinned against Me, and I will forgive all their guilt and iniquities by which they have sinned and rebelled against Me. And Jerusalem shall be to Me a name of joy, a praise and a glory before all the nations of the earth that hear of all the good I do for it, and they shall fear and tremble because of all the good and all the peace, prosperity, security, and stability I provide for it. Thus says the Lord: Yet again there shall be heard in this place of which you say, It is a desolate waste, without man and without beast, even in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem that are desolate, without man and without inhabitant and without beast. There shall be heard again the voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voices of those who sing as they bring sacrifices of thanksgiving into the house of the Lord, Give praise and thanks to the Lord of hosts, for the Lord is good; for His mercy and kindness and steadfast love endure forever. For I will cause the captivity of the land to be reversed and return to be as it was at first, says the Lord. Thus says the Lord of hosts: In this place which is desolate, without man and without beast, and in all its cities, there shall again be dwellings and pastures of shepherds resting their flocks. In the cities of the hill country, in the cities of the lowland, in the cities of the South, the Negeb, in the land of Benjamin, in the places around Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah shall flocks pass again under the hands of him who counts them, says the Lord. Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will fulfill the good promise I have made to the house of Israel and the house of Judah.” Jeremiah 33:6-14

There is nothing concerning your life that your God cannot do to ensure your happiness, peace and rejoicing; there is nothing you have lost that He cannot restore, and there are none of His promises that He cannot, and will not fulfill. Though Joseph had many problems in his life, he never forgot that God was still interested in restoring his voice of rejoicing by fulfilling all of His promises to him. That God will restore your voice of rejoicing in Jesus Name. Prayer Click here
