YOUR SEASON, YOUR TIME

“To everything there is a season, and a time for every matter or purpose under heaven. A time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to pluck up what is planted, A time to kill and a time to heal, a time to break down and a time to build up, A time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, A time to cast away stones and a time to gather stones together, a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing, A time to get and a time to lose, a time to keep and a time to cast away, A time to rend and a time to sew, a time to keep silence and a time to speak, A time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace.” Ecclesiastes 3:1-8. When seasons are in place, time is set to manifest its glory, when God sets your season, you will never miss the time to manifest it.

Irrespective of the feelings and words of men, irrespective of the pains and sorrows, irrespective of the number of years, irrespective of the joy of the wicked over you, God has not forgotten that He had set a season for your freedom and a time for your recognition. His promises are sure to be fulfilled despite the passage of time and season; He has not forgotten humanity, neither has He forgotten His loving kindness to His children. Evil has its time, loneliness has its time, lack has its time and the power of darkness has its time and there is none that hinder God’s time. There is nothing as endless reign of evil, endless satanic domination, endless lack and endless cries. There is time for everything and no one can change that, and it will expire after its time.

Despite the gloominess that befell man after sin, God is still alive and active in the affairs of man, and at His time, He scheduled certain things to happen and they will surely happen. Every season has its purpose and its benefits. Just like the pains of evil cannot affect the season of joy. The joy at Christmas should never take away the reason for Christmas. At a time like this many years ago, God showed up to fulfill His promise of a savior, that season brought joy in heaven because the time for redemption of men was at hand. That same time the devil was confused on what to do. Confused because he knows he cannot change the season and the time God had set to manifest His promises. Your time and season will come and the devil will not be able to change it. That is the season and time of your joy and fulfillment.

The book of Isaiah had this to say about season: “Nevertheless, that time of darkness and despair will not go on forever. The land of Zebulun and Naphtali will be humbled, but there will be a time in the future when Galilee of the Gentiles, which lies along the road that runs between the Jordan and the sea, will be filled with glory. The people who walk in darkness will see a great light. For those who live in a land of deep darkness, a light will shine. You will enlarge the nation of Israel, and its people will rejoice. They will rejoice before you as people rejoice at the harvest and like warriors dividing the plunder. For you will break the yoke of their slavery and lift the heavy burden from their shoulders. You will break the oppressor’s rod, just as you did when you destroyed the army of Midian.” Isaiah 9:1-4. “Darkness and despair will not go on forever.” God is changing your season and time to fulfill His plans for your life.

God promised a time for man’s redemption and fulfilled it. Genesis 3:15. Sarah was told of a season and it came to pass: “[The Lord] said, I will surely return to you when the season comes round, and behold, Sarah your wife will have a son. And Sarah was listening and heard it at the tent door which was behind Him.” Genesis 18:10. Elisha told a woman of a season to come in her life and it came to pass “-- at this season when the time comes round, you shall embrace a son. She said, No, my lord, you man of God, do not lie to your handmaid. But the woman conceived and bore a son at that season the following year, as Elisha had said to her” 2 Kings 4:16-17. It might be tough right now, but your season and your time is coming to pass soon and God will not fail you. Join in this expectation Click here
