BEZALEL, OHOLIAB RECOMMENDED BY GOD TO MOSES.

Post date: Feb 3, 2021 12:19:37 AM

Like Aaron, there are gifts and talents God had given to you but you never knew how useful and important they are until God gives a recommendation concerning you, the gift, the talent, and your usefulness. After God’s recommendation of Aaron and his meeting with Moses, things, and life changed suddenly for Aaron. He saw himself becoming more useful to himself, to his people, and happier from then on. That recommendation transformed Aaron into a priest to the people and a prophet to Moses. God asked Moses to consecrate Aaron by anointing him and all his children to the office of priesthood. Aaron saw himself playing a new and higher role in leadership and became a man of great influence among the children of Israel. One recommendation Aaron had changed his life and that of his entire children forever. You need just one recommendation from God; a recommendation that will change your entire life and family forever. Before the Almighty God who made you, your values are higher than what you think of yourself because of what has been deposited in you; even when you do not or have not noticed the gifts and talents, His recommendation will expose them and expose you before men who will understand and appreciate those values. What happened to Aaron will happen to you and will change everything concerning you and your children after you.

“All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ. Even before He made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in His eyes. God decided in advance to adopt us into His own family by bringing us to Himself through Jesus Christ. This is what He wanted to do, and it gave Him great pleasure. So we praise God for the glorious grace He has poured out on us who belong to His dear Son. He is so rich in kindness and grace that He purchased our freedom with the blood of His Son and forgave our sins. He has showered His kindness on us, along with all wisdom and understanding.” Ephesians 1:3-8

Bezalel and Oholiab were both gifted with great talents by God, but prior to that day, no one ever contacted or hired them to work in the house of God, Moses and others considered them not capable of handling God’s work. While they were physically present and idling away, God knew them, knew what gifts and talents He had given them, knew their usefulness and values, and at the right time, God mention their names to Moses and recommended Moses hire them to do the details of the visions He had given to him. Note, God gave Moses the visions of items for the ark of the covenant; construction, preparation of the priest, and everything associated with the ark, but God did not give Moses the gift or talent to construct what He demanded.

God gave the gifts, the talents, and ability to bring out the vision He gave to Moses to Bezalel and Oholiab, and recommended that Moses hire them for the work because He knew what He had given to them. The Lord said to Moses, “See, I have called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, son of Hur of the tribe of Judah, and I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with ability and intelligence, with knowledge and all craftsmanship, to devise artistic designs, to work in gold, silver, and bronze, in cutting stones for setting, and in carving wood, to work in every craft. And behold, I have appointed with him Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan. And I have given to all able men ability, that they may make all that I have commanded you, the tent of meeting, and the ark of the testimony, and the mercy seat that is on it, and all the furnishings of the tent the table and its utensils, and the pure lampstand with all its utensils, and the altar of incense, and the altar of burnt offering with all its utensils, and the basin and its stand, and the finely worked garments, the holy garments for Aaron the priest and the garments of his sons, for their service as priests, and the anointing oil and the fragrant incense for the Holy Place. According to all that I have commanded you, they shall do.” Exodus 31:1-11.Your recommendation will come in Jesus' Name. For prayers, Click here
