IMPOSSIBLE TO BE FORGOTTEN (2)

Have you seen or read these promises? Irrespective of your situation, location, profession, age, and gender, it is impossible for God to forget you. There is nothing in the whole world which is as comforting and assuring as the word of God in the hearts of a true follower of Jesus Christ as the word and promises of the Almighty God. His words give us direction in all situations, and His promises give assurance, confidence, courage, and trust to remain hopeful knowing He will do all that He had said. Darkness cannot stop Him, Satan cannot stop Him, your past or present cannot stop Him and you will not stop Him.

These are the promises: - (1) Even if a mother should forget her child, I will never forget you. (2) I can never forget you. (3) I have written your name on the palms of my hands. (4) Those who will rebuild you are coming soon, (5) Those who destroyed you will leave. (6) Your people are assembling, they are coming home. (7) As surely as I am the living God, you will be proud of your people, as proud as a bride is of her jewels. (8) Your country was ruined and desolate, but now it will be too small for those who are coming to live there. (9) Those who left you in ruins will be far removed from you. (10) I will signal to the nations, and they will bring your children home. (11) Kings will be like fathers to you; queens will be like mothers. (12) They will bow low before you and honor you; (13) They will humbly show their respect for you. (14) You will know that I am the Lord; (15) No one who waits for my help will be disappointed. These fifteen points are for you personally to prove to you that it is completely impossible for God to forget you; it shows God has a plan for you and He will do it.

You may not be what you want to be now despite your best daily struggles, prayers, sacrifices, wealth, and believing in Jesus Christ, but whatever you have gone through or lost in life does not mean God will or had or has forgotten you. He will help you, He will restore you by His power, He will redeem you by His grace, He will renew you by His comforting grace, and He will bless you because He had promised not to forget you. Your location is no hindrance and your situation is not beyond His power and ability. He is a faithful God. David was forgotten by his parents and left in the forest, but God did not forget him there, He took him out, washed him clean, and anointed him to the next king in Israel. Later, David was forgotten and abandoned in the caves, but God did not forget him, the Lord kept him safe and brought out at the right time and enabled him to sit on the throne as the king. It is impossible for God to forget you. He will help you.

“But the people of Jerusalem said, the Lord has abandoned us, He has forgotten us. So the Lord answers, can a woman forget her own baby and not love the child she bore? Even if a mother should forget her child, I will never forget you. Jerusalem, I can never forget you. I have written your name on the palms of my hands. Those who will rebuild you are coming soon and those who destroyed you will leave. Look around and see what is happening Your people are assembling, they are coming home. As surely as I am the living God, you will be proud of your people, as proud as a bride is of her jewels. Your country was ruined and desolate, but now it will be too small for those who are coming to live there. And those who left you in ruins will be far removed from you. Your people who were born in exile will one day say to you, this land is too small, we need more room to live in. Then you will say to yourself, who bore all these children for me? I lost my children and could have no more. I was exiled and driven away, who brought these children up? I was left all alone, where did these children come from? The Sovereign Lord says to His people; I will signal to the nations, and they will bring your children home. Kings will be like fathers to you; queens will be like mothers. They will bow low before you and honor you; they will humbly show their respect for you. Then you will know that I am the Lord; no one who waits for my help will be disappointed.” Isaiah 49:14-23.
