NEVER A WASTE

Despite your thoughts and situations, your life, dreams and hope are never a waste.

“A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation: I the Lord will hasten it in his time.” Isaiah 60:22

“For thus saith the Lord God of Israel, The barrel of meal shall not waste, neither shall the cruse of oil fail, until the day that the Lord sendeth rain upon the earth”. 1 Kings 17:14

The thoughts of men are so powerful but they can never undo the power in the word of God. The words of God in the bible were not written for some other people but for you, to bless you, to guide you, to give you safety and joy, to give you the peace and assurance you deserve to stand the day and look up to God with expectation. Man was not made for the bible but the bible for man. The bible is a source of life, inspiration and direction to all men. Get it, read it and enjoy it.

Renew your thoughts about yourself, about your life and about your fortune. Your life and activities were not meant to be a waste and they are not a waste. Everything that God gives to you are very profitable to you, don’t see them as a waste and don’t turn them to one.

Things that are insignificant in the eyes of men had proven to be of great value in the hands of God.  I have read and I have seen God turn insignificant things around in the lives of people and I am convinced He can do the same for and in you. There is nothing kept in His hands and care that will ever remain the same; He turns all things from the very worst to the very best.

We read in Matthew 15:32-38 how our Lord Jesus fed four thousand men besides women and children with only seven loaves of bread and a few fishes. Seven loaves and a few fishes are insignificant quantity to feed four thousand men in the eyes of men but sufficient in the hands of God.

In John 6:1-13 we also read how Our Lord Jesus fed five thousand men besides women and children with five loaves of bread and two fishes and they had a leftover of twelve baskets of pieces of bread and fish. This was the meal of a small boy, quite insignificant to feed five thousand but Christ turns it around and it became more than enough and sufficient.

Elijah told a woman who had lost all hope for tomorrow because of the situation in her country that; “For thus saith the Lord God of Israel, The barrel of meal shall not waste, neither shall the cruse of oil fail, until the day that the Lord sendeth rain upon the earth”. 1 Kings 17:14

You may be insignificant in your eyes, but not in the eyes of your God. Everything you do in His name is not a waste. Every dream He gave you are not a waste, every prayer you prayed in His name is not a waste. Every act of peace you pursue in His name is not a waste. Every joy you give to someone in His name is not a waste. Every one you forgive in the name of the Lord is not a waste. Every pain you endured in the name of our Lord is not a waste. Above all, your life today and in the future is not a waste. Plant that in your mind now. You are not a waste.

“Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she was delivered of a man child. Who hath heard such a thing? Who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? Or shall a nation be born at once? For as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children. Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth? Saith the Lord: shall I cause to bring forth, and shut the womb? Saith thy God.” Isaiah 66:7-9

You, your life, your day, every gift of God in you and your dreams in His care are not a waste.
