HAS GOD SAID IT?

Everyone is born with a special promise from God; everyone is born with a special mission to fulfill, and everyone is born with a unique and transforming ability quite different from that of others. This ability is specially designed by God to bring you into His presence and into His fullness according to His plans for your life. It leads you into His path and into His peace for your life. This unique ability in you was designed by God in such a way that, by your realization of its existence and your appropriate use of it, you will never lack, you will never miss your way and God given purpose, you will be able to fulfill every promise, accomplish every assigned mission, and be a success to the glory of God. The ability in you was designed to make and to keep you joyful, productive, and very relevant to God and to man in a special way. “You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy, at Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore.” Psalm 16:11.

Though this ability might be misused and may sometimes suffer frustration through neglect, disobedience, sin, and negligence, it is never withdrawn by God or destroyed by the devil. It becomes operational at the optimal level and brings in the optimal benefits only when you recognize, accept, obey and rely on the God who gave it to you. “For God’s gifts and His call are irrevocable. He never withdraws them when once they are given, and He does not change His mind about those to whom He gives His grace or to whom He sends His call.” Romans 11:29

Irrespective of your experiences in life, irrespective of your previous failures, condemnations, sins, delays, abuses, denials, disappointments and frustrations in life, God had not changed His mind concerning you and concerning the gifts, abilities, mission, purpose and promises He had designed for you to fulfill. “The Lord of hosts has sworn, saying, surely, as I have thought and planned, so shall it come to pass, and as I have purposed, so shall it stand” Isaiah 14:24. If there is any doubt in you, any fear or any feelings of shame occasioned by anything contrary, know it that God had not changed His mind concerning what He had planned and made you to be. You will definitely have to change your mind concerning God, His promises, His ability to fulfill His words, and your ability to be accomplished, because if He said it, He will definitely do it right.

Has God given you any promise? Has He revealed anything to you? Has He confided in you on any matter? Has He given you any instruction to follow? Has He ever said anything to you in any form? Believe what He said, believe and accept Christ Jesus, believe that He will do it perfectly as was said, believe that He can, and He will enable you at the appropriate time to get them. God will surely perform to the fullest, everything He had ever said to you or to anyone in private or in public, in the night time or in the day time, in dreams, revelations or through prophesy.

The passage of time is no hindrance to God though it may seem a hindrance to you. Your present location is no hindrance to God though it may seem a hindrance to you. Your present age; gender, language, education, profession, relationship, and height are no hindrance to God.

“The Lord visited Sarah as He had said, and the Lord did for her as He had promised. For Sarah became pregnant and bore Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time God had told him. Abraham named his son whom Sarah bore to him Isaac [laughter]. And Abraham circumcised his son Isaac when he was eight days old, as God had commanded him. Abraham was a hundred years old when Isaac was born. And Sarah said God has made me to laugh; all who hear will laugh with me. And she said, who would have said to Abraham that Sarah would nurse children at the breast? For I have borne him a son in his old age” Genesis 21:1-6

You may have missed yesterday’s opportunities; but you will not miss your tomorrow. God has given you today so you can destroy the foundations of doubt, fear, disobedience and sin, and lay the godly foundation for a better and secured tomorrow in Christ Jesus through obedience. Amen
