It is not impossible with our God because you are His possibility through salvation, complete union with Christ Jesus in obedience, and by faith. People may tell you it will be impossible to get there; your dreams and ongoing situations may tell you, it will be too difficult and too hard to overcome the forces standing against you; your location may prove to be too bad to achieve what you desire and pray for in life; the evidence of your concurrent failures, shame, and pains may be a sign that you will never get out from the bad effects of loneliness, backwardness, anger, single-hood, childlessness, and indebtedness, but in the presence of all those things, God can take you to where he had destined; He can change your life, give you the joy that dreams or desires had never given to you, and He can and will open up doors to fulfill all His promises to you. God never fails and His words cannot be in vain or remain idle. You will definitely be fulfilled in this very life according to His plans and destiny for you despite your fears.

The Lord said to Samuel, “How long will you grieve over Saul since I have rejected him from being king over Israel? Fill your horn with oil, and go. I will send you to Jesse the Bethlehemite, for I have provided for myself a king among his sons.” And Samuel said, “How can I go? If Saul hears it, he will kill me.” And the Lord said, “Take a heifer with you and say, I have come to sacrifice to the Lord. And invite Jesse to the sacrifice, and I will show you what you shall do, and you shall anoint for me him whom I declare to you.” 1 Samuel 16:1-3. When God recommended and asked Samuel to anoint David to be the next king in Israel, Samuel was afraid that Saul will kill him when he hears of it; the elders of Israel were afraid of Saul; the family of Jesse was afraid of their lives, but their fears could not stop what God was about to do for David. Fear is a silent killer of dreams, while any delay is a silent killer of desires. Note that all forms of fears and delays are nothing before God, they are instruments of the devil to stop you from desiring what God had already promised and released for you from heaven. Do not allow the current situation to frustrate your dreams and desires to the point of withdrawing from the race and the promise. God told Samuel, despite what you know can happen to you, go; despite your fear of Saul and his activities, uncertain nature, go, and Samuel went. Do all your best to obey the Lord; it will be better for you to obey and fear God than to obey and fear man. Samuel went and did what God commanded him to do, anoint David, and Saul did not harm him.

Wake up the Spirit of God inside of you, beloved in Christ Jesus; you have been given the Spirit of sound mind, not of fear or timidity despite the intimidation by frustrations and failures. Fear is always present in everyone’s mind in every situation, but faith in the word of God and in His promises will help overcome fear, give you confidence in Him, and strengthen you to stand in times of fear, and you will realize how courageous you have become. God who had given you the recommendation; has also given you the grace to become what He has promised despite the odds.

Jeremiah 20:10-11 “For I hear many whispering. Terror is on every side. Denounce him, let us denounce him say all my close friends, watching for my fall. Perhaps he will be deceived, then we can overcome him and take our revenge on him. But the Lord is with me as a dread warrior; therefore my persecutors will stumble; they will not overcome me. They will be greatly ashamed, for they will not succeed. Their eternal dishonor will never be forgotten. I have been forgotten like one who is dead; I have become like a broken vessel. For I hear the whispering of many, terror on every side as they scheme together against me, as they plot to take my life. But I trust in you; O Lord I say, “You are my God. My times are in your hand; rescue me from the hand of my enemies and from my persecutors. Make your face shine on your servant, save me in your steadfast love. O Lord, let me not be put to shame, for I call upon you.” Psalm 31:12-17. What God had said concerning you will definitely come to pass. For prayers, Click here
