GOD IS NEVER MOCKED

Post date: Nov 21, 2012 6:06:30 AM

Despite the pains and the sorrows, there will always be a time set aside by God for you to have joy and peace, a time to say thank you Lord for all the experiences, a time to shed tears of joy instead of sorrow, time that your God in His wisdom and power in an extraordinary way will do extraordinary things in your life. A time you will take a moment to praise your Lord for whatever you have now, whatever you have gone through in life, and whatever you hope for in life.

Irrespective of the level of intelligence of any man in any field of study, irrespective of their great accomplishments in life, wealth, and in whatever they say or act against Him, your God will never be mocked despite your hardship, frustration and pains.

Irrespective of what you will ever experience in life, you owe God a daily appreciation for the expected victory, for the new day, for the hope in the next day and in the next move in your life. You owe God thanks for keeping you through the ordeal of each day. Because He kept you, your life is set for a purpose, and trusting in His power and relying on His words, you will fulfill that purpose. Life is not full of roses but in all this things you can say as Paul in Romans 8:37-39 “Yet amid all these things we [I am] are more than conquerors and gain a surpassing victory through Him Who loved us [me]. For I am persuaded beyond doubt (am sure) that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities, nor things impending and threatening nor things to come, nor powers. Nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate us [me] from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Amen

People will definitely mock or seek to mock you, but they will not overwhelm you. In all things, you still owe your God thanks. Great men in the bible were mocked at one time in their lives, but that never stopped them from making tremendous progress in their lives and assignments from God. King David was mocked by his wife Michal and other men in the city, he was subjected to shame and pains, disgraced and chased out of the city, but that did not stop him from fulfilling God’s predestined plan for him, He ended well. Daniel was falsely accused and sentenced to death, he was mocked even while in the lion’s den, but despite that God still brought him out alive and placed him where He had destined for him.  Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were thrown into the furnace of fire, they were mocked while expecting they will die, God was with them even in that situation and did not allow the fire to have any effect on them. God brought them out alive and put His fear on them. Our Lord Jesus was mocked on the cross at Calvary, but that did not stop Him from saving me and being raised from the death. Jeremiah was mocked, but he ended well and fulfilled his mission on earth. Peter was mocked, but he ended up shaping history for the rest of the world to read and be informed.

“But let every person carefully scrutinize and examine and test his own conduct and his own work. He can then have the personal satisfaction and joy of doing something commendable in itself alone] without [resorting to] boastful comparison with his neighbor. For every person will have to bear (be equal to understanding and calmly receive) his own [little] load [of oppressive faults]. Let him who receives instruction in the Word [of God] share all good things with his teacher [contributing to his support]. Do not be deceived and deluded and misled; God will not allow Himself to be sneered at (scorned, disdained, or mocked by mere pretensions or professions, or by His precepts being set aside.) [He inevitably deludes himself who attempts to delude God.] For whatever a man sows, that and that only is what he will reap.” Galatians 6:4-10

Irrespective of the pains and the mockery you have suffered, always endeavor to do what is right and acceptable in the sight of God, follow Christ diligently and faithfully, seek to please Him and always be thankful.  Always remember the mockery, the foul and derogatory words against you will never stop God from rescuing and blessing you.
