I CAN’T SEE WHY I AM STILL SUFFERING

At the foot of the mountain, a large crowd was waiting for them. A man came and knelt before Jesus and said, Lord, have mercy on my son. He has seizures and suffers terribly. He often falls into the fire or into the water. So I brought him to your disciples, but they couldn’t heal him. Jesus said, you faithless and corrupt people. How long must I be with you? How long must I put up with you? Bring the boy here to me. Then Jesus rebuked the demon in the boy, and it left him. From that moment the boy was well. Afterward the disciples asked Jesus privately, why couldn’t we cast out that demon? You don’t have enough faith, Jesus told them. I tell you the truth, if you had faith even as small as a mustard seed, you could say to this mountain, Move from here to there, and it would move. Nothing would be impossible.” Matthew 17:14-21
Here, the father of the sick boy was asking himself the question, why is my son sick? And having realize through the teachings and preaching of Jesus Christ that it was possible for his son to be healed of his sickness, he took him to the disciples of Jesus Christ so he can receive the healing, but he was greatly disappointed, the disciples were not able to meet his expectations; and the man went back to his second question, why couldn’t they heal my son? This may have been your situation and your question. You may not be sick or have a sick child, but you have situations that have left you asking yourself why several times over. You have heard the teaching about healing and you have taken the step to seek healing; you have heard the teachings on deliverance and had taken the steps to seek it; you have heard the teachings on prosperity and had taken the steps needed; you have heard the teachings on breakthrough and have taken steps to have one; but despite the steps you have taken and despite believing in the teachings, you still see yourself asking the same question ‘why can’t I see what I seek for happen in my life’?
I want to assure you that God will definitely help you. Believing in all the teachings about God is good, but believing in Jesus Christ is far better. Believing in all forms of miracles is good, but believing in Jesus Christ is far better; believing in the teachers of the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ is good, absolutely believing in Jesus Christ is far better. In everything under the sun, in every situation and every circumstance in life, believing in Jesus Christ is far better and should always come first. There is no situation that Christ can’t change, no sickness that He can’t heal, no pains that He can’t take away, and no question that He can’t answer. When the father of the sick boy finally found Jesus and believed in Him, his son was healed instantly. I ask that yours will be the same today as you decide to follow Jesus Christ, believe and accept His teachings in Jesus name. Jesus Christ is able to do all the impossibles
If the disciples of Jesus Christ and the preachers of the gospel today have failed you in any way and in anything, believe that Jesus Christ will never fail you in anything and in any way; if your spouse, your children, and your family has failed you in any way and in anything, I want you to trust that God will never fail you. If your boss had failed you, your government has failed you, the financial system had failed you, the world had failed you, and your expectations had been long overdue; if the people you put your trust on and relying on people had failed you; if your business had failed to deliver the expected dividend despite your financial and human investments in it; if you have failed yourself in anyway and in anything, and now the only thing left in you is the question why, I want you to know that God will not fail you, He will not disappoint you and He will never refuse to do to you according to His words and promises.
This man was truly disappointed, disturbed, discouraged and frustrated by the result he saw after the steps he took; but one thing was evident, his decision and character were never destroyed; he was never ready to quit; never ready to accept that he had failed, and never ready to accept that it was impossible for his son to be healed.
