BLESSED AND DISTINGUISHED

Blessed and distinguished, yes, that is the ultimate plan of God for your life on earth, that is His ultimate will for you; that is what you deserve as a living, believing and regenerated born again Christian who had submitted his or her will and plans fully to following the words of God, and seeking daily to manifest all of God’s will and plans for your life. God is quite able to do far beyond the things you think, far beyond the things you are hoping for, far beyond the things you have been educated and trained for, and far beyond your dreams, visions and very best desires.

The plans of God are real, true and very possible; to bless you until you are distinguished by the blessings, and this is done is various ways and through different means, but the end result will be that you are distinguished and able to make a difference in your location. The salvation of your soul changes all things about you and opens the door for the very best from God to you.

God is able to bless you far beyond the boundaries you have prepared all of your life to store your blessings. The expansions you are thinking about beyond what you have presently will never be enough to take in what God will do and can do. His ultimate blessings does not come in small insignificant additions though that is also good, they come in multiple multiplications, just like the little uncountable rain drops that create an unimaginable amount of water for faming for plants, for all human beings, and for all animals.

Not desiring to go into the gospel of self-comparison with others, everyone has his or her own troubling problem, but despite what you see in your life, in the life of your spouse, children and family; irrespective of what you see in your current profession or current job situation, by God’s enabling grace, I am convinced that despite what you are going through right now, irrespective of the pains causing discomfort and shame to talk about, God had blessed you, and is blessing you again, but those blessings are yet to distinguish you in your own eyes, in your own thoughts for you to appreciate God with an exceeding thanksgiving every day.

It is evident that the blessing of Sarah with the birth of Isaac, Hannah with the birth of Samuel, and Elizabeth with the birth of John the Baptist did distinguished them immediately in their own eyes, in their family, in the eyes of everyone who knew them before that blessed day, in the eyes of all those who had previously used their life situation to condemn them and also in the very presence of those who had spoken ill words to discourage them, to weaken their faith in God, to dampen their morals and their drives in following after all the promises of God, and to finally to destroyed the rest of their lives. But God in His love and mercies gave them the blessing that completely changed their life stories, and gave them a very distinctive recognition.

Remember, their odd situations did not last for just a few passing days, they lasted for many years; these three women sincerely cried about their situations, they fasted and prayed to the Almighty God, they became angry with themselves, with men, but not with God; one thing they never did was, they still trusted God and never abandoned following His ways.

“And Sarah said God has made me to laugh; all who hear will laugh with me. But Hannah answered, No, my lord, I am a woman of a sorrowful spirit. I have drunk neither wine nor strong drink, but I was pouring out my soul before the Lord. Regard not your handmaid as a wicked woman; for out of my great complaint and bitter provocation I have been speaking. Then Eli said, Go in peace, and may the God of Israel grant your petition which you have asked of Him. Hannah said, let your handmaid find grace in your sight. So she went her way and ate, her countenance no longer sad.” Genesis 21:6; 1 Samuel 1:15-18. Don’t throw away you confidence in the Almighty and everlasting God.  For prayers, Click here
