“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me. All the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.” Psalm 23:1-6. That was the testimony of David and it will be yours also.

Wherever God leads you to in life by His Spirit and by His words, whatever you may experience in that place at any time, He will take care of you, He will be with you, He will see you through whatever will come after you, He will defend you with His power, and He will sustain you with His blessing. God will  not anyone to the place He will not sustain them, He will not lead anyone to the place where His presence cannot dwell, and He will not lead anyone to the wrong path in life. Irrespective of the hardness and the pains anyone He leads will suffer, God will always be there to give comfort till the appointed time of His grace and blessings.

When God led Israel through Moses to the Red Sea on their way to the Promised Land out from the land of the Egyptians, He was there with them to show His love for them and o show His power when Pharaoh, with all the military in Egypt and power, pursued them to either kill or take them back as captives. By His power, God divided the Red Sea for Israel to pass through while Pharaoh and his men were drowned when they attempted to pass through the way that God had made for His children. When God took the children of Israel to the wilderness, He was there with them, He provided food and water to satisfy their hunger and thirst, and by His power, God took them through unharmed even when sevens armed nations with their kings come up against in battle. As God gave them victory at the Red Sea and the wilderness, He will give you also.

God did not abandon Noah in the ark; He asked him to build it and he did, He asked to enter it with all his family members and he did, thereafter God took over, sealed and secured the ark from the outside from being destroyed by the flood, prevented water from entering the ark, kept Noah and family and the things inside the ark safe until the day He opens it and commanded Noah to come out. God did not for one second forsake them and He did not allow the flood to affect His plans for them despite destroying everything else in the world. Where God leads you, He will keep from harm despite the attempts that will come after you and He will sustain till the time He had destined for you and at the right place He had prepared.

As God leads you, He will strengthen your faith in His word; He will strengthen you on the path of His true righteousness; He will keep you from falling even when you stumble and are fearful; He will give His angels to guide you when you have no strength; He will give His angels to fight for you when you have no might as He did for Daniel when the prince of Persia stood against the answers to his prayers; He will protect you as He protected Shadrach, Meshark, and Abendego against the fire of Nebuchadnezzar, and He will give you life as He gave Lazarus. His presence will not depart from and His grace and mercies will not cease in your life; He will take you through and He will bless your life with His goodness. “The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in Him; though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with His hand. I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread. They are always generous and lend freely; their children will be a blessing. Turn from evil and do good; then you will dwell in the land forever. For the Lord loves the just and will not forsake His faithful ones. Wrongdoers will be completely destroyed; the offspring of the wicked will perish.” Psalm 37:23-28. For prayers, Click here
