“In the sixth month of Elizabeth’s pregnancy, God sent the angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a village in Galilee, to a virgin named Mary. She was engaged to be married to a man named Joseph, a descendant of King David. Gabriel appeared to her and said, “Greetings, favored woman! The Lord is with you. Confused and disturbed, Mary tried to think what the angel could mean. Don’t be afraid, Mary, the angel told her, for you have found favor with God. You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you will name him Jesus. He will be very great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his ancestor David. And he will reign over Israel forever; his Kingdom will never end. Mary asked the angel, but how can this happen? I am a virgin. The angel replied, the Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the baby to be born will be holy, and he will be called the Son of God. What’s more, your relative Elizabeth has become pregnant in her old age. People used to say she was barren, but she has conceived a son and is now in her sixth month. For the word of God will never fail. Mary responded I am the Lord’s servant. May everything you have said about me come true. And then the angel left her.” Luke 1:26-38

God is a promise keeper; He will keep all of His words and He will also keep everything else we entrust to Him by faith in Jesus Christ. Though Joseph and Mary were confused and disturbed, yet they entrusted their entire lives, marriage, hope, family to God because of their faith in His words and promises and He kept them safe throughout every attack and evil intended by the devil and by men against them. Have you entrusted anything, to God? Have you entrusted your life, children, marriage, spouse, home, future or your job to God for any purpose? I want you to trust that you have not made a mistake; trust that you have not missed the target for your life and your dream expectations; trust that you have done the very best you can to achieve the very best you deserve; trust that what you have done will be rewarded and that you will see the gains you expected from the decision. God will never play games concerning your destiny and all the things you have entrusted to Him. He will never deny you the very best of your future in Him; He will never deny your sincerity of purpose in any services you have rendered to Him, or to anyone in any location irrespective of the size of such services for Him.

Have you trusted God for any tangible change in your legitimate businesses and other things that will enhance your living condition and improve your chances of success? Trust God that he will safely deliver the very best for your joy at the end. Have you trusted God for any breakthrough or any intervention in anything under the sun that concerns you and what you are doing? Trust that everything entrusted into His hands for keeping, for change, and for blessing are safe and will to be done in a way that the devil cannot overturn when He finished His works. God works in ways that are far beyond our imaginations and comprehension. He will never fail despite all the confusions and disturbance that we may have physically or spiritually.

Have you been hoping for anything and praying for them over the years? Trust that God will make them happen; He will take good care of you, preserve you and guide you, and will not disappoint you irrespective of the length of time it will take for them to come through in your life. When God finishes His works in you, He will preserve it and preserve you against all evil and will bless it and bless you as He had said. No fear and no wrong imagination of what will come after or of tomorrow will not hinder Him, not even your dreams thereafter. He will give you the grace to overcome fear and to press on towards your goals in life tomorrow. The day might be cloudy and rainy, but it will not stop you from moving on with that which had been destined for your life. The year will be running out, but that will not stop you from looking to the Lord with hope and confidence that you will receive the promise and the reward of your faith. For Prayers, Click here
