IN THE END, YOUR FAITH WILL COUNT

It was physically impossible according to human knowledge for Sarah to conceive a child at her old age but God turned things around and made it possible. She conceived, she had her child, she named him Isaac, she celebrated his birth, she nursed him and saw him grow to become a man. It was impossible in the eyes and knowledge of men, but faith in the unchanging word of God and in His promises made it possible. Faith grants us open access to heaven’s resources where we can have inexhaustible resources to meet all of our needs. Let your prayer be in faith and with faith; let every word that comes out of your mouth to yourself or to others be with faith and in faith; let it bring hope and peace in your heart; let your expectations be with faith in His word, not in the ability or knowledge of men. Let faith in Christ and in His word be your power and your strength at all times. The word of God will not fail and faith in it will not fail.

The true eye of faith is the word of God; the true strength of faith is the word of God, and the real reward of faith is according to the word of God, not our wishes, or imaginations. Don’t undermine your little or great faith because of the difficulties you experience and see, the delays, the failures, or the disappointments. The deed and seed of faith never die irrespective of the season, the time, and the place. Whatever you do by faith will come back to bless you. Isaac grew up in a family of faith, observed his parent's faith, followed God by faith, obeyed God by faith even in times of uncertainties, pains, and famine, and God rewarded him at the end. This was what Isaac became through faith. “So Abimelech charged all his people, saying, he who touches this man or his wife shall surely be put to death. Then Isaac sowed in that land and reaped in the same year a hundredfold, and the Lord blessed him. The man began to prosper and continued prospering until he became very prosperous; for he had possessions of flocks and possessions of herds and a great number of servants. So the Philistines envied him.” Genesis 26:11-14. We have been given that same access to heavens resources by faith. Jesus said: “I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” Matthew 16:19

By faith you can bind, you can loose and you have what the word of God had promised you. It is certain that things will change for your good as it changed for Sarah, Abraham, and for Isaac even when all hope is lost. “Seek ye the Lord while He may be found, call ye upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and He will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon. For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater. So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree, and it shall be to the Lord for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.” Isaiah 55:6-13

Your past is no hindrance to your future when you walk in faith according to His word. God said He has forgiven you and it’s true; He said He will restore you and it’s true; He said He will bless you and He will; He said He will give you the riches, He will. Heaven has unlimited resources, provisions, and authority. Whatever your circumstance in life, you have access to heaven’s resources through faith. For prayers, Click here
