RETURNED, RESTORED AND CELEBRATED

Every decision that you will ever make and every step that you will ever take to return yourself, your thoughts, and ways to God, to remain faithful to Him, to walk in His fear alone and to abide in His principles continuously will definitely bring a tremendous restoration to your entire life; it will bring the restoration of the peace you deserve and had been praying for; a restoration of your health; a restoration of your hope and assurance of His presence; a restoration of both financial and material blessings; a restoration of the good things you have lost or that had been forcefully taken from you; a restoration of your entire family, your business, your job, your home, and you will definitely be celebrated by men soon.

When the prodigal son who had squandered all that his father gave him through adulterous and immoral life-style decided to return and did actually return to his father’s house, without any formal or informal questioning, he was instantly accepted and restored back into the family he had left before; accepted and restored into his father’s household without restrictions; every right as a son in that family and in that household were fully restored and he was instantly celebrated without the father having to consult anyone for what to do with and for him next. His father did not scold him for wasting his resources previously, did not scold him for going out of the house in the first place, did not scold him for coming back to the house empty handed, sick, and very hungry, and did not remind him of any of his past misdeeds to him or to the family members. The same is waiting to happen to you from now on, as you take steps to return to God.

God is not going to scold you for departing from His principles earlier, but will gladly welcome you back to following and keeping them. He will not scold you for the lack of mercy previously but will bless you for deciding to show mercy again even to the people that had spitefully used you. God will not scold you for hating people previously, even your children for being stubborn, for wasting your resources, not listening to you, being out of the way and for indulging in that which was bad, but He will welcome you for deciding to walk in love again and to show them pure and unrestrained love of God.

God will never allow your wholehearted return to Him, to His words and to His principles to be in shame. Every decision that you have made to fully return to God instead of remaining without Him; decision to return to praying instead of crying; decision to live in praise instead of anger; decision to devote yourself to studying His words instead of studying people; decision to return to the church instead of staying outside the church; the decision to return to godly practices instead of wickedness; decision to return to supporting God’s work and deeds; decision to return to God’s values in your life and to uphold His ethics, will surely lead to your full restoration and subsequent celebration of the things you have been wishing for, praying for, and waiting for in life. God will not allow your return to be with shame and regret, but it will be filled with the glory that had been destined for you before the world began and you were born.

“When he finally came to his senses, he said to himself, At home even the hired servants have food enough to spare, and here I am dying of hunger. I will go home to my father and say, Father, I have sinned against both heaven and you, and I am no longer worthy of being called your son. Please take me on as a hired servant. So he returned home to his father. And while he was still a long way off, his father saw him coming. Filled with love and compassion, he ran to his son, embraced him, and kissed him. His son said to him, Father, I have sinned against both heaven and you, and I am no longer worthy of being called your son. But his father said to the servants, Quick, Bring the finest robe in the house and put it on him. Get a ring for his finger and sandals for his feet. And kill the calf we have been fattening. We must celebrate with a feast.” Luke 15:17-23. For prayers, Click here
