BETTER DESIRES, BETTER DREAMS

Good and godly dreams do not come easy and godly desires are often frustrated and delayed but because the Almighty God who had designed them to happen before showing them, nothing will ever succeed to keep you from seeing them fulfilled and enjoying the fruits of these sweet godly dreams and desires in your head and minds. The Almighty God is real, His plans, real, His desire for you are real, and His designs for you to get them are true and real. He does not and will not in any way design temporal happiness for you and will not allow the devil to keep you for himself permanently after you have surrendered yourself to Him in true salvation. Your salvation is of the Lord and was confirmed on the cross where He took your place. He will preserve that which He had saved and will give you reasons to praise His name this season.

When your desires in life are true, pure and sincere, God will give you dreams in that directions that will enable you to accomplish them. Though the devil will always be a barrier to sincere and pure desires, God will through His power make a way for you. Pharaoh’s desire was to destroy the children of Israel, keep them in his captivity, reduce their numbers and enslave them forever in Egypt while God’s desire was to multiply them, strengthen them and prepare them for something bigger and better. When their toil in Egypt was increased, the children of Israel cries to be set free, cried for the hardship to be reduced, and mostly cries and desired the land promised to their father Abraham and Isaac and Jacob. I know you will ask God for something very specific as you desire to be free, desire to have a partner, desire to be accomplished and desire to break barriers in your life and family. These things are not impossible. They are true and achievable, and God will enable you with His help and will take you in His hands.

You will not leave Egypt empty-handed. The children of Israel did not leave empty handed, they did not leave with tears; they did not leave without hope and assurance; they did not leave in panic; they did not leave without a guide; they did not leave without knowing the promise of where they were going. They knew where they were departing and knew where they were going though they never knew the road, they trust God will lead them safely and he did. He will do the same to you and for you. God gave Abraham the promise of a new place that will be home to his future generation of children; in obedience, in faithfulness, and in righteousness Abraham worked with God and had a son called Isaac with his covenant wife Sarah when no one through human  knowledge and wisdom believed they will ever have a child together. In the best of Abraham’s heart, ways and through faith, he dwelt in the land that God did promise called Canaan. The promise was transferred to Isaac and later to Jacob who dwells in the same land and had twelve sons and a daughter. Through famine and hunger, Jacob and his family of seventy left the place of their dwelling (Promised Land) to Egypt after God had taken Joseph there to make rooms for their arrival. While entering Egypt, God made a provision for them in a city called Goshen and there God made them a special people for Himself and made the land abundantly fruitful. The children of Jacob increased abundantly until a king came who did not know Joseph. This king became fearful of the people and decided to enslave them by increasing their labor and daily task and in their pains they remembered God’s promise to their fathers.

God will cause you to remember His words and strongly desire them; He will also make you to remember His promises and strongly desire; He will make you remember the dreams He had given to you, the visions and will give you the strength to desire them as the doors will be open. Remind Him of those desires and promises and trust that He will do them for you, I know He will. God knew without help, the children of Israel will not survive the plans of Pharaoh and He knows also that you will need help. “The Lord will fight for you while you only need to keep silent and remain calm” Exodus 14:15.
