FATHER, ISAAC INHERITED ABRAHAM’S BLESSINGS

Post date: May 27, 2016 3:46:35 AM

God had destined something big for all of us in this very life and we will have them. He had promised us and will not fail in fulfilling them. He had prepared them for us and will not give them to others or allow others to take them from us or take from what is ours irrespective of their powers and position. You are not a child of God in vain and will not go empty handed without collecting all of your inheritance where God had placed you either in your profession, family and job. Abraham gave what He had to Isaac because you instructed him to do that and that was the proper thing to do. I am yours and I need my inheritance from you and I will not waste it; I need my restoration and I will not waste it; I need my peace and I will not waste it; I need that which is mine and I will praise you for it.

Isaac received the full spiritual and physical blessings from Abraham and we will also receive our full spiritual and physical blessings from our Father; Isaac did not waste the blessings and we will not waste our blessings. Isaac’s blessings multiplied and ours will multiply; Isaac invested and made gains with his blessings, and we will also invest and made gains of our blessing. Isaac became strong with those blessings and we will become strong with ours. Isaac waxed great and increased in wealth and we will wax great and increase in wealth. “Then Abimelech commanded all his people, whoever touches this man Isaac or his wife Rebekah shall without exception be put to death. Then Isaac planted seed in that land as a farmer and reaped in the same year a hundred times as much as he had planted and the Lord blessed and favored him. And the man Isaac became great and gained more and more until he became very wealthy and extremely distinguished; he owned flocks and herds and a great household with a number of servants, and the Philistines envied him.” Genesis 26:11-14

The blessings from God will make a difference in our lives; our inheritance will distinguish us from other and will set us apart from all others around. The inheritance from our God is both physical and spiritual and we will be given both. Isaac began his life on earth with the existing spiritual covenant of God with his father through his spiritual inheritance and later received the physical blessings. Through salvation in Christ Jesus, we are in a divine spiritual covenant with God and that covenant is sealed in the precious blood of Jesus Christ. This divine covenant will never be broken as long as we remain in Him, remain in His words and walk with obedience as His dear children. It is the divine inheritance that enables the physical inheritance and it is our relationship and obedience to Christ Jesus causes the inheritance to increase and be multiplied.

Our inheritance in Christ Jesus is none imperishable because they are divinely ordained by God and sustained by Him. They are not subject to corruption, decay or destruction which makes them very contrary to everything else on earth which can decay, rust, fall or lose its value. Like the inheritance of Isaac from Abraham, our inheritances in Christ Jesus are never spoilt by the effects of the day and season. They are freely given by our God from His love and are very perfect, not deformed, will not be debased, or degraded. The beauties of the earth will fade and fail but our inheritance will last forever and its beauty will never change; we will always see and praise God for their perfection. They are holy, blameless, pure, set apart from that of sinners, exalted in beauty above everything else. No earthly corruption, weakness or wickedness from men will touch them because God has bestowed them on us by His divine power. We will take possession of our portion, our heritage, our full inheritance and our divine glory. God will walk in us to perfect them; He will lead us to claim them; He will support us to receive them; He will open our eyes to see them; He will open our understanding to recognize them; He will give strength to use them; He will protect us and will also protect the inheritance; He will allow them to rot and thieves to steal them. Father, we need our inheritance.Click here for prayer
