Christ came to make every word, every promise, every plan, and every desire of the Almighty God possible for those who truly believe in Him. He came to bring you justice, to enable you, to lift you up and out from every destruction and wickedness, he came to set you free and to give you the liberty you deserve as a child of the living God. He came so that you will praise God with a perfect heart and a settled mind with all confidence and assurance of His goodness. Christ Jesus came to ensure you enjoy God’s mercy and faithfulness and He came to establish you in the words and promises of God according to the scriptures. His words will not fail; His plans will not fail and His promises will not be taken away. Whatever God had destined for you is possible and He will enable you to have them. He had laid down His life, shed His blood, and had given us all the assurance we need to be hopeful in His blessings.

Salvation brings us to the presence of the living God where all things are possible through Christ. When we are truly saved by grace through Jesus Christ, God begins to show us what is to come in our lives despite our past, knowing He had forgiven and forgotten all of them through the blood of Jesus which washes us clean from all infirmities; thereafter He shows us a glimpse into the destiny He had planned, promised, and destined, and He shows us what it will take us to get to the place of His destiny for us. “That whoever believes in Him may have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through Him. Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.” John 3:15-18. Christ Jesus said; “I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture. The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly. I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down His life for the sheep.” John 10:9-11

Whatever God told you at any time in any place and in any situation will be made known in the open for everyone to see and appreciate Him. He wants you to know that all He has shown you, told you, promised you, and the ones you have heard and confirmed will definitely be fulfilled. None has been changed, none will be changed, and none will remain unfulfilled despite the delays and all the troubles surrounding your life. His words are true and His promises are realizable. He will not give you a promise that He will not fulfill. He told Habakkuk, the vision He gave to him is for an appointed time; He told him to write them down, not to forget them or discard them; not to belittle them, because at the right, in the right place, they will definitely become a reality. “And the Lord answered me; write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it. For still the vision awaits its appointed time; it hastens to the end—it will not lie. If it seems slow, wait for it; it will surely come; it will not delay.” Habakkuk 2:2-3

Habakkuk had complaints about what was going on around him, but God told him things will change in his time and you will see the change. Habakkuk complained about the oppression, about the rise of the wicked and their activities. He prayed to God for help and for a change. He waited and waited and the answer he expected from God was getting too long to come, yet God told him with all assurance, the vision of change He promised will definitely come. This was his complaint and prayers; “O Lord, how long shall I cry for help, and you will not hear? Or cry to you violence and you will not save? Why do you make me see iniquity, and why do you idly look at wrong? Destruction and violence are before me; strife and contention arise. So the law is paralyzed, and justice never goes forth. For the wicked surround the righteous; so justice goes forth perverted.” Habakkuk 1:2-4. For prayers, Click here
