LIBERTY AND COMFORT

Despite the many troubles, despite all the oppositions, insults, anger and the pains we receive each day, despite the many failures and disappointments in life, despite the frustrations, delays, denials and loneliness, and despite all that the devil will ever say and do against the people of God, there will always be joy in knowing that Jesus Christ is alive and is with us for good. Living in Christ is our number one victory on earth and working in Him, trusting in Him, and looking unto in and for all things should be our ultimate desire in life and we can successfully do that. Apostle Paul gave the sum of all that we will ever experience as people who desires Christ Jesus in and for all things:

“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come. Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:35-39

The effects of the tribulations we suffer, the distresses we have, the persecutions we endued, the nakedness we see, and the perils that happens everyday to us, cannot make Christ Jesus to separate Himself from us and should not force us to think God had abandoned us. The love of Christ Jesus for His people cannot be challenged by physical or spiritual things irrespective of their forces, powers and duration of time we are suffered. In all things, not by our physical power and knowledge, and not by our physical might, we have been given the Spirit and grace to be victorious in them all by our Almighty Father through our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. Your victory is sure to come and it will be followed with joy and a celebration.

The conversion of Paul was extraordinary in every aspect, his activities extraordinary and his writings also extraordinary. Everything about him was targeted to bring out the very best and they did. Paul never gave up any fight, never pull back in shame, never allowed his success or failures to be a hindrance to his desires. He was a man of conviction and a man of purpose. Through dedication and purpose he lived joyfully, endured all things with joy and write all things joyfully.

Christ Jesus came into this world to fulfill all the godly promises to man. These were the hallmark of all His words and actions while on earth. These knowledge brings joy in all areas of life irrespective of the situation we are, and the location we are on earth. Jesus came to ensure we are not condemned but delivered, to ensure we have joy instead of sadness in all circumstance. He can, and He will make that to happen in your life. The Book of Isaiah said of the purpose of Christ Jesus:

“The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified. And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.” Isaiah 61:1-4 Christ Jesus came to give us liberty and comfort in all situations and no one, no devil, and no situation will be able to stop that from being your portion. Nothing separate God from us and nothing will separate us from Him. For prayers and encouragement, someone is here to pray with you. Click here
