DECLARING YOUR THEN AND YOUR NOW

Post date: Nov 4, 2013 5:03:38 AM

There is no deceit as to how the new life in Christ Jesus will looks like. If you it, you will know it, and if do not have it, you will also know it. You cannot remain on the fence when this new life is in operation in your life. Though you may be able to deceive others, no one can in any way be able to deceive our God in any matter for the smallest fraction of a second, and it is true that you cannot deceive yourself for too long. The new life in Christ Jesus cannot coexist with the old life of self only and in the continuous activities of the devil.

God will not give you this new life without your knowing it and seeing it work effectively in making you better each day and changing you inwardly and outwardly towards what God intends for you to be in life. This new life cannot be dormant and cannot be unfruitful when it is dwelling in you. It must produce a complete transformation from what you were then, taking you towards the fullness of what God wants you to be now and moving up towards a higher glory in this very life. This new life must take you through to the other better side of life and it must bring you the newness that always accompanies it. There is no way that you will have that new life without seeing and knowing it yourself even when other can’t see it in you.

If it is true that God had given you a new life through Jesus Christ, then there must be a great difference in your life now compared to what it was then. This new life breaks the powers of darkness and impossibility and delivers into your life victory, sustained hope, elevated faith and future than is secured in the hands of Christ Jesus our Lord alone. There is no excuse in this new life that Christ Jesus had given to you, there is other better life, and there must not be any regret. The new life you have now should not be taking you backward in everything; but it should be taking you forward and getting better in everything. It should not be a burden, but a great joy.

Job had a then and a now, Hannah, Jabez, Jehoshaphat, Abraham, Sarah, Matthew, the woman with the issue of blood, the child who was sick of palsy and Apostle Paul all had a then and a now in their lives and there is no way you must not have a then and a now when this new life is in operation in your life, and you declare it as those mentioned above declared theirs.

Paul, a former persecutor general of believers then, but now, in the fullness of the new life is called an apostle of Jesus Christ said to all true believers, put on the whole armor of God, not some, not a few, refuse to be without them, refuse to go out or stay in without them, and never leave them behind because the new life will be challenged and you must be victorious in it.

“I give thanks to Him Who has granted me strength and made me able for this, Christ Jesus our Lord, because He has judged and counted me faithful and trustworthy, appointing me to this stewardship of the ministry. Though I formerly blasphemed and persecuted and was shamefully and outrageously and aggressively insulting to Him, nevertheless, I obtained mercy because I had acted out of ignorance in unbelief. And the grace of our Lord flowed out superabundantly and beyond measure for me, accompanied by faith and love that are in Christ Jesus. The saying is sure and true and worthy of full and universal acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am foremost. But I obtained mercy for the reason that in me, as the foremost sinner, Jesus Christ might show forth and display all His perfect long-suffering and patience for an example to those who would thereafter believe on Him for eternal life. Now to the King of eternity, incorruptible and immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen. I Timothy 1: -12-17. In the name of Jesus Christ, the difference between your then and now will show forth in power, and you will truly declare the difference for the world to see as others did. Amen.
