"HOW SHE DEFEATED THE UNJUST SYSTEM"

“Now Jesus was telling the disciples a parable to make the point that at all times they ought to pray and not give up and lose heart, saying, in a certain city there was a judge who did not fear God and had no respect for man. There was a desperate widow in that city and she kept coming to him and saying, give me justice and legal protection from my adversary. For a time he would not; but later he said to himself, even though I do not fear God nor respect man, yet because this widow continues to bother me, I will give her justice and legal protection; otherwise by continually coming she will be an intolerable annoyance and she will wear me out. Then the Lord said, listen to what the unjust judge says. And will not our just God defend and avenge His elect, His chosen ones who cry out to Him day and night? Will He delay in providing justice on their behalf? I tell you that He will defend and avenge them quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will He find [this kind of persistent] faith on the earth?” Luke 18:1-8

When you know your rights through the redemptive power of Christ Jesus as a true Christian, you will also know that whatever you are going through in any form are temporal and you will insist on your rights through prayers and determination without compromising your faith and giving up to the devil and his agents against you; but in the contrary, if you do not know your rights even though you are saved and redeemed from the powers of sins and darkness, the devil will defeat you with his arguments and afflictions of failures and disappointments. The woman in the parable of Jesus above knew she rightly owns the property in question and was not ready to give up or compromise her knowledge with the treats from others and the attitude of the judge towards her and her demand; she knew the system as corrupt and unjust but she did not at any time compromise her stand; she knew the judge was corrupt and unjust, but she knew she was right in her demands and she insisted on it with her words to the judge every day; she knew her words were true and never gave up speaking them to the hearing of the judge every day. She knew her message was right and she kept to her message despite the intimidations and her knowledge that the judge was unjust, had no fear of God and had no respect for godliness.

The words you speak always will justify you if you will not give up; they will promote you if you insist on them; they will make people recognize you if you are not afraid; they will give you what God had promised if they are according to His will and plans for your life and they will give you the peace you deserve even when the devil wants to take your peace away from you through frustrations and shame. This woman was frustrated but she never gave up and at the end, the unjust judge became frustrated by her persistence on her right and granted the property and the peace she rightly demanded. How many of Christians have given up because of the unjust and unfriendly system of the world speaking back at us through disappointments and failures? God is just and will ensure we are justified when we speak it and demand it.

Christians should know that the justice system is corrupt and the righteous are suffering injustice and the unjust seem to be doing well in their understanding, but God is just and will show justice to His children even in this unjust world and before the unjust judges and people saddled with the responsibility of administering justice to all. Your persistence on the right words despite the threats and fears, when you stand on your godly rights in all situations, when your expectations are right and your demands are justified by your words and actions, you will have the justice you demand. When you are on your knees, speak your expectations and on your feet, do the same; when you face a panel speak your expectation with truth and when having fun do the same, do not allow the situation and location to change your expectations. Be at it in season and out of season, God will quicken it in His time; He had destined to celebrate you. I do not know who is sitting on your case, but I know God is taking over the verdict.
