No. 8. “But without faith, it is impossible to walk with God and please Him, for whoever comes near to God must necessarily believe that God exists and that He rewards those who earnestly and diligently seek Him. I love those who love me; and those who seek me early and diligently will find me” Hebrews 11:6; Proverbs 8:17. God wants you to know that He is God who rewards now, always, in the nearest and also in the distant future. He wants you to know that all deeds will be rewarded openly irrespective of its nature, the impact, the location, and the person or people involved in the deeds. God will not fail in His words and plans and will definitely reward everyone by the measure of their thoughts and actions, irrespective of their religion, believes, their state of mind and their heart desires and the rewards will be based on His words, His plans, His purpose, and His promises. He wants you to know He is not a God that will or can or may fail; He is not God that forgets or feels indifference to your plights and troubles. He will reward every act of obedience, every righteousness based on the righteousness of Christ Jesus; He will reward every faithfulness, and every form of kindness based on His plans and purpose, and He wants you to know that all the reactions of men against or for your actions will not determine His rewards to you but what you do now, what you will do latter or have done before is the determining factor in the reward. Christ Jesus our Savior was rewarded by our Father in heaven with the exaltation of His name and person in heaven and on earth even though He was condemned for sins He did not commit, tortured by men, stripped naked in the public and subsequently crucified on the Cross with two other thieves by His side. He was rewarded because, despite all that was done to and against Him, He remained humble, faithful and obedient to the mission He was sent for on earth. “For this reason, God raised him to the highest place above and gave him the name that is greater than any other name.” Philippians 2:9

God will always reward godly excellence, exemplary faithfulness to His words and course, and He will definitely reward every committed obedience to follow His plans and designs. God will reward even things done in secret and those done openly. “And your Father, who sees what you do in private, will reward you.” Matthew 6:6b. God will reward every public obedience and private obedience to His words and plans, He will reward every public resistance and private resistance to His words and plans, He will reward every hurt and every blessing to everyone and everyone mostly for or against His children, He will reward every evil and every good deed, and He will reward whatever He sees, whatever He will see and whatever He had seen in you and known about you, nothing will be missing and nothing will be irrelevant in His sight when He stands and starts to reward you. I want you to remember that your day of reward is coming from the Lord. His said He will reward and will not fail. “Listen says Jesus I am coming soon. I will bring my rewards with me, to give to each one according to what he has done. I am the first and the last, the beginning and the end. For God will reward each of us according to what we have done. Some people keep on doing good and seek glory, honor, and immortal life; to them, God will give eternal life. Other people are selfish and reject what is right, in order to follow what is wrong; on them, God will pour out his anger and fury.” Revelation 22:12-13; Romans 2:6-8. As we believe and follow God, let us always remember that He will definitely reward us in this very life and in the life to come. Remember also that God rewarded Noah’s obedience, He rewarded Abraham for believing His words and following them; He rewarded Isaac for following and not abandoning His instructions; He rewarded Moses for trusting Him and for speaking His words to Pharaoh even when Pharaoh had the intention to kill him. He rewarded Elijah for standing up in His name when others were fleeing to other gods. He rewarded Daniel even when he was in prison for a decision not to defile himself; He rewarded Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego and He will reward you. Prayer Request Click here
