THIS YEAR, YOU WILL END WELL (2)

Post date: Dec 3, 2020 12:13:46 AM

While the race to the finishing line is on, the winner had been identified long before the race started. By God’s ever elevating grace, His overflowing love, His mighty power, and by His life and situation changing mercies, the Almighty God knew and identified the winner, not by the men of wisdom, or self-recommendation, or self-recognition, approval or recommendation by the powers and system of the world. The identified winner is not by measure of physical strength, or outstanding talents, or impeccable ability, or whom they know, or what you have in reserve. Long before now and despite all the adversities, God had empowered the winner to finish well; He had empowered the winner to make it to the final stage and to finish well; He set the terms and goal and guides the identified winner by His grace to that finishing time. He ensured even when the identified trips and fall, He raises him or her up again; He ensures even when the identified winner is sick or infected by diseases, He heals, and He ensures even when the identified winner is openly disgraced, disappointed, rejected, lonely, weak, and dishorned by men, He keeps him or her in His unchanging favor until he or she reaches the finishing line and ends well.

At the finishing line, God announced the person and elevates the same to a place of honor before men; elevates the same to a position of recognition and respect before men; restores all that had been lost, stolen, or forcefully taken, or denied; and blesses such a person with His anointing and grace for a better life. That was what God to Mordecai and that was what God did to Job. Did you know Jesus Christ your Lord, and savior is already at the finishing line to welcome you? He will announce you as the winner, He will announce that you reached and crossed over the finishing line, He will announce that you ended, and He will give you the blessing to continue in that victory as His child. “What then shall we say? Is God unjust? Not at all. For He says to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion. It does not, therefore, depend on human desire or effort, but on God’s mercy. For Scripture says to Pharaoh, I raised you up for this very purpose, that I might display my power in you and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth. Therefore God has mercy on whom he wants to have mercy, and He hardens whom He wants to harden.” Romans 9:14-18

God raised Pharaoh, gave him a position of power, authority, people, and nation, and scheduled him to end badly, but for Moses, God raised him up to be His mouthpiece, to be His servant, without money and without weapons, scheduled him to end well. God had scheduled you to end well despite what you have seen and experienced in the past. He will announce you the winner in this race, He will take you to the end and ensure you end well, ready, and prepared to be the best in the year ahead. God is doing amazing things for and in you, and you will see them.

Haman, after perfecting his plots and plans did not know that Mordecai will end well, did not know that the tide of things will turn around against him; did not know that his plots will soon fall flat on his own head, his life will be taken by it, and his family will end badly by it. Satan with all his knowledge and power did not know that Job will end well and even become better in life, with wealth, health, and family thereafter. If Haman and Satan had known that Mordecai and Job will end and become better, they would not have tried to harm, destroy, take anything, or touched anything that belongs to them, or even have the desire to kill them. You will end well, you will become better, and you will make progress through Christ Jesus as Mordecai and Job did in their time. “I have seen something else under the sun. The race is not to the swift or the battle to the strong, nor does food come to the wise or wealth to the brilliant or favor to the learned; but time and chance happen to them all. Moreover, no one knows when their hour will come. As fish are caught in a cruel net, or birds are taken in a snare, so people are trapped by evil times that fall unexpectedly upon them.” Ecclesiastes 9:11-12. But God. For prayers, Click here
