No matter what you think, how you feel and what is going on around and in you, no matter your past or present experience in life, God wants to bless you, wants to keep you, wants to increase you; want to give you hope, want to heal your body, wants to restore you to the best of His grace, wants to rescue you from afflictions and disasters and He wants to give you life in full. He has committed Himself to doing that and even more, but he wants you to believe in Him and communicate with Him in your prayers; He wants you to believe in Jesus Christ and follow Him, He wants you to believe His word and obey them, and He wants you to continuously stay in His presence. I want you to know and to always remember that God can do and will do much more than we can think, much more than we can dream, much more than we know and see, and much more than will ever ask in our prayers.

I want you to know that you may be afflicted and suffer shame but our God cannot be afflicted or made to suffer shame; you may be insulted but our God cannot be insulted; you may be unjustly treated but our God cannot be; you may suffer set back and pains, but the clock of God, the time and moment of God for your life will not be turned back or taken from you by the hardships, or the many insults you face each day in believing His words and following Jesus Christ. It is on record in Jeremiah 33:2-3 after Jeremiah had abandoned all he was and dedicated himself to following the will of God for his life was arrested and kept in prison, instead of God just opening the doors for him to walk out free, God rather told him to pray this, “This is what the Lord says, He who made the earth, the Lord who formed it and established it; the Lord is His name. Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.” Jeremiah wanted to get out from that prison, God wanted him out, but God wanted to show him greater things than he had not known; wanted to tell him greater things he must hear which he had not heard before the release from prison comes. God wants you to see beyond what you see and feel; see beyond where you are; have divine revelations and assurance; hear and receive divine instructions that will help you after the release, after the healing, after the restoration, after the promotion, and after the victory that you will definitely have.

‘I will show you greater things,’ that was the word of God to Jeremiah while in prison, that was His promise to him; that is God’s promise also to you today despite what you see in and around your life, despite what you hear from people concerning you, and despite what your experiences in life had been. God always keeps His promise, He never fails. We are told in the Scriptures that “Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the guards stand watch in vain. Yet, To Him who by means of His power working in us is able to do so much more than we can ever ask for, or even think of.” Psalm 127:1; Ephesians 3:20. Ask in prayers and leave the rest to God, He will do them for you.

“In those days Hezekiah became ill and was at the point of death. The prophet Isaiah son of Amoz went to him and said, this is what the Lord says; put your house in order, because you are going to die; you will not recover. Hezekiah turned his face to the wall and prayed to the Lord. Remember, Lord, how I have walked before you faithfully and with wholehearted devotion and have done what is good in your eyes. And Hezekiah wept bitterly. Before Isaiah had left the middle court, the word of the Lord came to him; go back and tell Hezekiah, the ruler of my people, this is what the Lord, the God of your father David, says; I have heard your prayer and seen your tears; I will heal you. On the third day from now, you will go up to the temple of the Lord. I will add fifteen years to your life. And I will deliver you and this city from the hand of the king of Assyria. I will defend this city for my sake and for the sake of my servant David.” 2 Kings 20:1-6. He received an instant turnaround through prayers. For prayers, Click here
