“DREAMS AND DESIRES FULFILLED THROUGH GOD’S HELP”

Post date: Nov 24, 2016 1:26:43 AM

How many dreams have you thrown away because they were too big; or you could not in all of your thoughts and understanding unravel how to start or remain in the dream with the ever changing times and situations; or you could not follow them through due to failure or lack of certain things or help; or you could not continue because of hurdles you do not know how to overcome or tell where they came from or who was or is behind them; how many dreams have you discarded because you are afraid of the result or do not know what the result may be.? May I declare to you that every dream that God had given to you is about to revived; challenges that had stopped you is being removed; you may have forgotten them but God had not, you may have been over-challenged by the demands and situations but God had not; you may not have what it requires to fulfill the dreams but God will give all you need to complete them. He who gives dreams does not forget and will not relent until they are fulfilled.

How many godly well-deserved and life changing desires; how many family and self-elevating desires; how many financial and independence desires; how many marriage and relationship desires; how many professional and educational desires; how many religious and how many desires for your spouse and children have you involuntarily given up pursuing because of unforeseen challenges and hurdles? It is of note that when challenges come, the first things we abandon is our dreams and desires and seek something or someway else, unfortunately, we also encounter same challenges in the new things we desire. It should be noted that the problem is not usually in our dreams or desires but in and from us. As you hold onto your original dream from God, through His help, your day of continuous thanksgiving, praises, worship and wonderful testimony is coming; you will receive help that will turn your life around, turn things around and completely change your words, confirm your visions, thoughts, reward your actions, and give power to your testimonies about what God had done, is doing and will do hereafter.

To help Zerubbabel, God send words to him through Zechariah. These were the words: (1). Do not lose sleep over the dreams and desires and do not forget or abandon the mission, awakened out of your sleep. (2). Despite the contrary things you saw after beginning the dream project, you will begin seeing new things; he was told to drop the contrary vision and hold fast to the original vision ‘what do you see? (3) He was told God is with him on the project and with the project he had begun. (4) He was shown the presence of God as an assurance in that vision, ‘this continuous supply of oil is the word of the Lord to you’. (5) He will complete the dream project, but not with his power, not with his might, but by the spirit of the Lord. (6) The mountains of obstacles before him will not prevent him again; they will be removed and made insignificant ‘they will become a plain. (7) He will rebuild the temple and complete the new temple according to his desires. (8) Grace will be available for him to complete what he started.  (9) The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundations of this house, and his hands will finish it. (10) Zerubbabel was told not to ignore the days of his small beginning

Zerubbabel was a man who served God with passion from his heart and desired to do all he could to follow His God in obedience. With little resources, he began a big dream by deciding to build a temple for the worship the Almighty God. Like every other Christian, Zerubbabel was a man with a convincing vision who believed his vision; he was a man with a big heart and big desires; a man who will do all to see his visions and desires fulfilled; he was a man who will accompany his visions and desires with action. He had challenges and hurdles that affected his desire. God knows you have visions and desires; like Zerubbabel, you have lost the vision and desires, but you will fulfill them. “This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, said the Lord of hosts.” Zechariah 4:6.
