“SEE ME WHERE I AM NOW DEAR LORD (4)”

Post date: Feb 7, 2019 4:43:37 AM

God is not too busy that He cannot watch over you and you are not insignificant in His sight that He should ignore you. He made you in His image and likeness for a purpose, gave you the gift of salvation and His Holy Spirit to dwell in you and lead you for a purpose; He keeps you on earth and alive for a purpose; He allows you to be where you are now for a purpose, and He will watch over you there until the purpose is fulfilled and you bring honor to His name for the things He will do in, and through you. It might take years or months or even days, but one thing is very certain as you continue in true fellowship with Him in His love, God’s purpose and His plans and His will for you will be accomplished. “Though the Lord is great, He cares for the humble, but He keeps his distance from the proud.  Though I am surrounded by troubles, You will protect me from the anger of my enemies. You reach out Your hand, and the power of Your right-hand save me. The Lord will work out His plans for my life for Your faithful love, O Lord, endures forever. Don’t abandon me, for you made me.” Psalms 138:6-9. God’s seed in you will not die, all of His word concerning you will not fail in producing their fruits and establishing His purpose.

The eyes of the Lord is upon the righteous for a true purpose that will bring honor, restoration, blessings, and praises to the person. He watches in order to correct, make right and perfect, saves, defend, deliver, guards, guide, establishes, and receive praise. He is not watching over you to punish you but to lead your steps to the place He had destined for your honor and guide your ways to the place He had destined for your blessings. “He who earnestly seeks righteousness and loyalty finds life, righteousness, and honor.” Proverbs 21:21

The purpose of God watching over us is not to condemn us as people may think or pray and wait to  see our punishment, but He watches to rescue us and set us free from the adverse situations, to rescue us from the mistake we suddenly find ourselves either due to poor judgment or due to the wicked activities of the evil ones around us who had set their mind to destroy us and begin their work to take us captive, destroy our faith in Christ Jesus and take away our peace in living for Christ Jesus. When God watches over the righteous, He will defend them, He will rescue them from all of their captors, He will restore whatever they have lost, and He will thereafter establish them above and beyond whatever they have been before.

“This is the account of Noah and his family. Noah was a righteous man, the only blameless person living on earth at the time, and he walked in close fellowship with God. Noah was the father of three sons: Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Now God saw that the earth had become corrupt and was filled with violence. God observed all this corruption in the world, for everyone on earth, was corrupt. So God said to Noah, I have decided to destroy all living creatures, for they have filled the earth with violence. Yes, I will wipe them all out along with the earth. Look, I am about to cover the earth with a flood that will destroy every living thing that breathes. Everything on earth will die. But I will confirm my covenant with you.” Genesis 6:9-12, 17-18

Before God decided to destroy the earth, He had watched it and noted things that were offensive and people who were not right in His sight and before He spoke with Noah He had watched all men and noted something different in Noah. God observed the whole world and spotted Noah, noted His righteous ways and decided not to ignore him or destroy him alongside others. That is what the righteous eyes of the Lord will do for you. God decided to reveal His plans and intent to Noah; He gave him instructions and advises that will distinguish him, deliver him, save him and thereafter establish him above everyone and everything else. God is not watching over you to diminish your chances but to uphold you in His plans and strengthen your faith in Him. When God saw the state of the world, He said Noah must not be part of the coming destruction and set out ways to deliver him. My God will do the same for you. Prayer Request Click here
