THIS MONTH, GOD WILL DO IT AGAIN

Post date: Feb 3, 2020 1:09:36 AM

The miracles of God are endless and His words are changeless. He never runs out of mercy and never fails in His faithfulness. By His faithfulness and mercies we were forgiven of our sins, and redeemed from all its consequences; by His faithfulness and mercies we are sustained in His grace and in His glory; by His endless faithfulness and changeless word, we will be blessed again as He did before and we will be kept alive for His glory. What He did before for you and for others that brought you joy and hope and strength, He will do them again; what He did before that gave you the courage to stand up and praise His name, He will do it again; what He did before to enable you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, He will do it; what He did before to give you courage to pray, fast, and wait on Him, He will do it again. God will remember you and He will remember His words concerning you. God will open the doors of His blessings He will lead you into it, keep you satisfied, and He will keep you in it.

There are many things that God had done before and there are many more that He will do. Many that He will repeat, many that He will restore, and many that He will make new. The evidence of what He had done before is the proof that He can do them again, and I trust He will do them for you this month and the months to follow. Your salvation did not come cheap, God made the way for Jesus Christ to come into the world, Jesus Christ paid the price for that salvation with His own body and blood on the Cross for that to happen, that same God will make the way for you to be sustained by that same sacrifice that brought you to His salvation. His grace brought you out of sorrows, sickness, loneliness, shame, and afflictions, and that same grace will keep you from going back into those things again. Israel did not return to Egypt neither did Job return to pains and sorrows, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior did not return to the grave after the resurrection and you will not return to the dark days, shame, afflictions, and sorrows of the past years. The armies of Pharaoh did not go through or survive the Red Sea, Pharaoh did not take Israel captive again and the wilderness did not stop them from reaching the promised Land. That victory He gave you before, He will give you again.

“Oh give thanks to the Lord, for He is good, for His mercy endures forever. Oh, give thanks to the God of gods, for His mercy endures forever. Oh give thanks to the Lord of lords, for His mercy, endures forever, to Him who alone does great wonders, for His mercy endures forever, to Him who by wisdom made the heavens, for His mercy endures forever, to Him who laid out the earth above the waters, for His mercy endures forever, to Him who made great lights, for His mercy endures forever, the sun to rule by day, for His mercy endures forever, the moon and stars to rule by night, for His mercy endures forever. To Him who struck Egypt in their firstborn, for His mercy endures forever, and brought out Israel from among them, for His mercy endures forever, with a strong hand, and with an outstretched arm, for His mercy endures forever. To Him who divided the Red Sea in two, for His mercy endures forever, and made Israel pass through the midst of it, for His mercy endures forever, but overthrew Pharaoh and his army in the Red Sea, for His mercy endures forever. To Him who led His people through the wilderness, for His mercy endures forever. To Him who struck down great kings, for His mercy endures forever, and slew famous kings, for His mercy endures forever, Sihon king of the Amorites, for His mercy endures forever, and Og king of Bashan, for His mercy endures forever, and gave their land as a heritage, for His mercy endures forever. A heritage to Israel His servant, for His mercy endures forever. Who remembered us in our lowly state, for His mercy endures forever, and rescued us from our enemies, for His mercy endures forever. Who gives food to all flesh, for His mercy endures forever. Oh, give thanks to the God of heaven, for His mercy endures forever.” Psalms 136:1-26. For prayers, Click here
