GIVE ME ANSWERS DEAR LORD (2)

There are things that will never happen in this world, in any nation, in any family, and in the life of any person unless prayers are offered to God for them to happen. There are things we will never have in life despite all our knowledge, wisdom, riches, wealth, education, location, job and possession unless we ask from God through prayers; and there are things we will never have in life despite our prayers, our strength, wisdom, insight, and revelations in dreams and knowledge unless God answers our prayers and give them to us, and it is very certain that God wants to give us those things and we have to spend time in prayers until we see them, until we have them, and until we celebrate them in our lives. When Sarah and Abraham received answer to their prayer, it was a celebration for them and for others who knew them. Your prayers will end in celebration.

God wants to give us answers to all of our prayers, not just one but all. He wants to see changes in our lives, in our words, in our character, in our relationship, and in our ways; He wants to see His blessings, His mercies, and His goodness in us, and through us; He wants us to glorify His person and His name through what He is and will be doing in and through us as we pray. Do not just follow the promises of God or that of any man, pray for them until you see them, have them, and celebrate them. You have believed God, you have believed the promises, now is the time to pray and ask God for them as you wait and work and trust God for them.

When God gave Abraham the promise of blessing and multiplication, Abraham believed them, but Abraham also prayed for them to be manifested thereafter, patiently waited for them, always trusted God for them, and look forward to having them even to his old age and God did give them to him in answered prayers. It is true that answered prayers can and will change you and it will; answer prayers are powerful tools for living for Christ Jesus and for doing and following all of His will with confidence and hope, and God will not allow your confidence and hope in Him to be destroyed by unanswered prayers. He will answer you.

“Everyone who thirsts, come to the waters; and you who have no money come, buy grain and eat. Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost simply accept it as a gift from God. Why do you spend money for that which is not bread, and your earnings for what does not satisfy? Listen carefully to Me, and eat what is good, and let your soul delight in abundance. Incline your ear to listen and come to Me; hear, so that your soul may live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, according to the faithful mercies promised and shown to David. Listen carefully, I have appointed him to be a witness to the nations regarding salvation, a leader and commander to the peoples. In fact, you will call a nation that you do not know, and a nation that does not know you will run to you, because of the Lord your God, even the Holy One of Israel; for He has glorified you. Seek the Lord while He may be found; call on Him while He is near. Let the wicked leave behind his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return to the Lord, and He will have compassion mercy on him, and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon. For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways, declares the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts higher than your thoughts. For as the rain and snow come down from heaven, and do not return there without watering the earth, making it bear and sprout, and providing seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so will My word be which goes out of My mouth; it will not return to Me void, useless, without result, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it. For you will go out with joy and be led forth by the Lord Himself with peace; the mountains and the hills will break forth into shouts of joy before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands. Instead of the thorn bush, the cypress tree will grow, and instead of the nettle the myrtle tree will grow; and it will be a memorial to the Lord, for an everlasting sign which will not be cut off.” Isaiah 55:1-13.
