“YES, UNTO US WHO BELIEVE NOT UNTO THEM”

In John 3:16 we read that God out of true love for the world He created and the people He made in His image and likeness gave His One and only begotten Son Jesus Christ for the purpose of complete spiritual and physical restoration, total healing of body, soul and spirit, perfect guiding and unmistakable direction in all things, and total reunion with their maker after the weaknesses and the wickedness of sin had destroyed and consumed the best of human relationship with the Almighty God and with one another. Without Jesus Christ, the best of human relationship will be doomed and will fail; the best of human intelligence will lead to more catastrophe and trouble for all of humanity; the best of human morals will be absolutely controlled by the dictates of Satan and his agents and the result will be more sorrows, more pains, more frustration, more isolations and loneliness, and more degradation of humanity. Jesus came to redeem the world but He takes delight most in the lives of those who have believed in Him, received Him into their lives, and trusted all of who they are and what they have into His hands and He leads them on the best and perfect path that the Father Almighty had made possible through His glory to fulfill the destiny and the promises He had made in His love for them (us).

Jesus came to make that which was completely impossible through self-efforts, through any form of sacrifice, through any level of knowledge, wisdom, and understanding, and through any level of penance by all or any human being irrespective of religion, title, name, gender, location, or age possible. He came to make and to keep an everlasting door between God and man open until eternity comes into existence. He came to make both the saints and the sinners have unhindered access to God their creator; He came to give us beauty instead of the ashes intended by the devil, and He came to redeem the world but unto them that received Him as their Lord and Savior, He gave power to become the sons and daughter of God (John 1:12); He takes their condemnations due to sins, mistakes, wickedness, imperfection, and injustice away through love and forgiveness; He leads them even in their imperfection. “For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him. There is no judgment against anyone who believes in him.” John 3:16-18. Long before that joyful night in Bethlehem, it was a prophecy; an expectation for the Jews; a dismissal for the nominal minded, and an outright rejection by all others who would always reject the words of God; but despite their thoughts, understanding, and reasoning, Christ Jesus came to fulfill all that God had intended for you because you have believed and accepted Him.

“Nevertheless, that time of darkness and despair will not go on forever. The land of Zebulun and Naphtali will be humbled, but there will be a time in the future when Galilee of the Gentiles, which lies along the road that runs between the Jordan and the sea, will be filled with glory. The people who walk in darkness will see a great light. For those who live in a land of deep darkness, a light will shine. You will enlarge the nation of Israel, and its people will rejoice. They will rejoice before you as people rejoice at the harvest and like warriors dividing the plunder. For you will break the yoke of their slavery and lift the heavy burden from their shoulders. You will break the oppressor’s rod, just as you did when you destroyed the army of Midian. The boots of the warrior and the uniforms bloodstained by war will all be burned. They will be fuel for the fire. For a child is born to us, a son is given to us. The government will rest on his shoulders. And he will be called: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. His government and its peace will never end. He will rule with fairness and justice from the throne of his ancestor David for all eternity. The passionate commitment of the Lord of Heaven’s Armies will make this happen.” Isaiah 9:1-7.
