LIVING IN SUCCESS

Those living for a purpose have rules to follow, principles to keep and goals to attain. Christianity is not lawlessness, does not support one, and will not encourage any. Just like Christianity, success is quite possible, but it requires dedication, continuity and self-discipline, despite the pains and works of others. No one can say he or she is obedient to God without having rules to follow. And if you cannot make, keep and follow your own personal rules, you will find it difficult to follow that of others and will not be able to keep God’s rules.

God gives us rules so that through them we would be established on a solid foundation, that is His intent for every of His children. God’s blessings are purposeful, not accidental, well intended and targeted to achieve and fulfill His purposes and plans in your life. If we want (which I know we all want) to remain blessed, fruitful and established, we must also emulate our Lord Jesus Christ, follow His words, actions and promises. “Jesus said to them, My food (nourishment) is to do the will (pleasure) of Him Who sent Me and to accomplish and completely finish His work” John 4:34. Personally desire to live for a defined purpose, set rules that you are well able to communicate to yourself and anyone who might ask, be discipline and willing enough to keep those rules without giving yourself excuses, and set goals that you desire attain. By following these steps, I am sure God will take you beyond your goals. Be attentive to the things you do and watch words and actions that intend to make you drift and wonder away from your rules.

These steps keep you and preserve you till the blessing comes; they will keep you from falling and from careless mistakes. These rules will also reveal who and what you are now and will be later in your relationship with Christ Jesus and your desires.

You have spent time to invest in yourself in several ways, we have prayed and are still praying, and you must make room for the blessing to come and to stay, which I am very sure has started coming. Apostle Paul told Timothy to be very careful, to set and follow rules in order to preserve the blessing, “Do not neglect the gift which is in you, [that special inward endowment] which was directly imparted to you [by the Holy Spirit] by prophetic utterance when the elders laid their hands upon you [at your ordination]. Practice and cultivate and meditate upon these duties; throw yourself wholly into them [as your ministry], so that your progress may be evident to everybody. Look well to yourself [to your own personality] and to your teaching; persevere in these things [hold to them], for by so doing you will save both yourself and those who hear you” 1 Timothy 4:14-16

God has not neglected you; please do not neglect yourself and your investments in yourself, and your God. God allow you to do those things for a purpose. The symptoms you see today are passing away fast; the fears of tomorrow are eroding fast, the confidence of the blessing and the fulfillment of those godly desires you desire will soon manifest themselves in you and you will give birth to all your godly dreams and prayers.

“But as for you, O man of God, flee from all these things; aim at and pursue righteousness (right standing with God and true goodness), godliness (which is the loving fear of God and being Christ-like), faith, love, steadfastness (patience), and gentleness of heart. Fight the good fight of the faith; lay hold of the eternal life to which you were summoned and [for which] you confessed the good confession [of faith] before many witnesses. -- To keep all His precepts unsullied and flawless, irreproachable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Anointed One),

15 Which [appearing] will be shown forth in His own proper time by the blessed, only Sovereign (Ruler), the King of kings and the Lord of lords” 1 Timothy 6:11-15
