“TO LOVE IS BEYOND OUR UNDERSTANDING”

Many people, sinners, and saints, religious and none religious, those who embrace or refuse Him around the world will continue asking why Christ Jesus loves them in ways they have been able to understand despite giving in all they could to reason it out; why He loves them so much to the point of leaving the very in heaven for the very worst on earth; why He loves them so much to the point of giving His entire life to pursuing nothing else but the love on earth; why He loves them so much to the point of giving up His own life voluntarily; why He loves them so much to the point of accepting to endure public shame on a cross, take severe pains of the nails on His hands and feet; take the mocking of men on Himself, and accept to be sriped naked publicly by men. Many will ask what kind of love was that and to what extent will they be able to compensate. The hearts of men will never be able to fully understand the debt of God’s love and the sacrifice of Christ own life for such love. That love was made available for a bigger and better purpose and that purpose is still unfolding today in many ways. It was a one time love with an everlasting positive effect and eternal blessings, and with an everlasting memory in heaven and in the hearts of all men who will accept it on earth. It was not the kind of love that last only for the moment; it was the kind of love to be felt physically and spiritually in every aspect of life and living in the entire universe. It is not the kind of love you have pay something to receive, but you have to accept, believe, trust and have faith in to have this love work in you fully. It is the kind of love that guarantees real peace when one is in trouble, guarantees true comfort when discomforted; guarantees true closeness when you are lonely and deserted; guarantees direction when confused and guarantees the true presence of God and His provisions when all hope is lost. This love guarantees to heal with joy; it guarantees holiness with righteousness, guarantees real victory and justification; guarantees hope and security, and above all it guarantees you are in Christ and Christ is in you till eternity comes. God is not foolish to love us that way and we will never be foolish to love others that way irrespective of what they have done and will ever do to us when we actively and continuously live to show God’s love that dwells in us to the world.

In every area of human lives and endeavors, the love of God is wider than we will ever understand, longer than we will ever measure, higher than we will ever think, and deeper than we will ever understand. It is completely beyond the understanding and imagination and knowledge and wisdom of men. “Dear friends, let us continue to love one another, for love comes from God. Anyone who loves is a child of God and knows God. But anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love. God showed how much he loved us by sending his one and only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through him. This is real love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins. Dear friends, since God loved us that much, we surely ought to love each other. When I think of all this, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father, the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth. I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit. Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong. And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is.May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God. I am not commanding you to do this. But I am testing how genuine your love is by comparing it with the eagerness of the other churches. You know the generous grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Though he was rich, yet for your sakes, he became poor, so that by his poverty he could make you rich.” 1 John 4:7-11; Ephesians 4:14-19; 2 Corinthians 8:8-9. For prayers, Click here
