THE RIGHT TIME

Post date: May 31, 2012 9:13:45 AM

Whenever God is involved in the life of a person and in every situation, there will always be the right for things to take place according to His words, plans and promises. God will never do anything in haste despite the cry for urgency. From scriptures, I have realized that God will not give anyone the understanding of His promises except His time is fast approaching. When the opening of our understanding to realize our needs for the promises He had already given begins, know that the time for the fulfillment is fast approaching. He is always governed by His words and promises and the devil can in no way change whatever God has ordained to happen in His time. We can see this in the life of Abraham and others.

While waiting for the right time in our lives and in our desires, we are not supposed to ideal away our time and resources. Waiting time is always a crucial time for us to be aware of, get ourselves adequately prepared physically and spiritually, not by only crying, but by acting according to His words, praying and continuing faithfully in being committed to Him. God will never deny us any of His promises when we are adequately prepared at His appointed time. He is the God to be trusted in, and for all things.

Just like the promises to us today, God called Abraham with a promise that was far beyond his imagination and beyond what any man could help him to achieve. It was left for Abraham to either walk in obedience to God till all the promises are fulfilled, or walk in the imagination of his heart without God. He preferred the fist, and saw God’s promises fulfilled.

While Abraham was still walking with God, God gave him this words; “And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years; And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come out with great substance. And thou shalt go to thy fathers in peace; thou shalt be buried in a good old age. But in the fourth generation they shall come hither again: for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet full” Genesis 15:13-16

God does not and will not play pranks with any of His children; He loves us more than we will ever love ourselves, He is quite able, and willing to do all things for us. God can set us free now, He can fulfill His promises now, He can enable us to accomplish our expectations now, but He chooses to wait till the right time because He knows the best time to do them.

When He promised and anointed David, He waited till the right time to put him of the seat. I pray that your right time will not be delayed any further in Jesus name. Note that when the awareness is revealed to you, the right time is near, and that is the time to begin examining yourself, correcting yourself, and increase your prayers before Him daily.

After the death of Abraham and in the time of Jacob, all his descendants went into exile in Egypt and when the right time draw near, God opened their eyes to see the need for freedom and raised up Moses for that purpose. God will not miss your consistent request.

“And the Lord said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows; And I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk and honey; unto the place of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites. Now therefore, behold, the cry of the children of Israel is come unto me: and I have also seen the oppression wherewith the Egyptians oppress them. Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh, that thou mayest bring forth my people the children of Israel out of Egypt” Exodus 3:7-10. The awareness of God’s promises in your life is an indication that His right time for you is near, and He is about to fulfill them, do not give up on your God for any reason.
