BECAUSE OF YOU

There are several things that God will do because you believe in His name irrespective of what your enemies think, say, and do, and irrespective of your location, language, gender, and profession. Things that will surely amaze you, your enemies and those watching daily to see what you will become in life next. While the enemy may be waiting for your demise, God is working out your safety, deliverance and subsequent promotion. God is always proud and joyful when He sees His children standing on principles that magnify His name in their localities.

As a Christian, please refuse to look down on yourself because of your past; remember that your past were all taken away the day you were saved by the precious blood of Jesus Christ. Let no one judge you because of them because they do not exist again in the records of your God, it is the devil who keeps past records. Do not forget what your God had done and will do in your life. The devil seeks to afflict because of past records, while God reward and blesses for the future. There is no sin God cannot forgive and there is none He had not forgiven, He is, and will always remain to show mercy. “For the Lord your God is a merciful God; He will not fail you or destroy you or forget the covenant of your fathers, which He swore to them.” Deuteronomy 4:31

Genesis chapter one assures us of what God can do because of man (you). It was because of man (you) that God made the heavens and the earth, the firmaments, the skies, the sea, the birds, the trees, the animals and everything that exists today. Because of you God send our Lord Jesus Christ to show you the way and to keep us hopeful and joyful. Because of you, God send His word and His promises, because of you, He is upholding humanity. Because of you, God is preserving lives, blessing people, healing the sick and spreading His word. You are His battles ax for good, His image, and His instrument of peace. God is doing great things on earth today because of you and He will keep you strong, safe and able to accomplish what He had destined for your life. Because of you, many things are happening even on earth today.  

Because of you God can stop the rivers; He did that for the children of Israel. Because of you God took an oath to bless, defeats the devil, obtain the key to death and hell, open the door of heaven and pour out His blessing. Because of you many things are still in place today and God will ensure you are safe and strong to receive them.

Not until Lot and his family were delivered from Sodom and Gomorrah, God never destroyed the land. Your enemies might look strong and loud, your church might be small and ill equipped, you might look insignificant because of your present problems, your business might be making small or no profit at all, your name, family, profession, and dwelling might be nothing before you, but God is not thinking otherwise about you, because of you something great is about to happen within the place you are right now. Because of your belief, decision to remain faithful and focus in Him, you are still relevant in saving people. Even though Lot was in the mist of Evil, God preserved and delivered him.

Lot and Abraham did not separate in a brotherly manner, but God never forsook either of them. Though Lot went and dwell in the city of Sodom and Gomorrah, Abraham never forgot Him. Though Lot stayed in the mist of wickedness and evil, he decided not to participate in such popular behavior in the land. He decided to remain within the confine of godliness, never approving of the acts and always upholding the ethic of godliness, God ensured his safety.

Quite unaware of what was going on behind him, when God wanted to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah, Abraham interceded and God concluded, not until Lot and his family are delivered, He will not destroy the place. God is doing something behind you which you are not aware of. You might be weak and confused, but your God is not, He is there to ensure your safety, deliverance and blessing.  For prayers Click here
