“For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. In those days when you pray, I will listen. If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me. I will be found by you, says the Lord. I will end your captivity and restore your fortunes. I will gather you out of the nations where I sent you and will bring you home again to your own land.” Jeremiah 29:11-14. God knows you in ways that are far beyond the imaginations of all men; He knows you much more than your parents and family; He knows you much more than your best friends, and He knows you much more than you will ever know yourself. He does not only know you, He made you in His image and likeness and will not in any way or circumstances forget you. He knows your full name, your color, your gender, your present and past locations, He knows your profession and your present labor and profession; He knows what you can do, what you have done and what you will do. He knows the natural gifts and the talents He gave to you; He knows what you have done with them and He knows what you do with them in time to come. He knows your past, present, and future troubles and problems and the difficulties you have experienced and will experience and He above all, He knows the end of all of them. The best of them all is that He does not only know you, He also has a good plan for you, He knows the plan well enough and He knows they will definitely be fulfilled irrespective of what you are now, what you do now, what you are allowed or able to do now, and where you are right now. He who made you also made the plans; He knows you and knows His plans for you well enough and He will work them all out for you according to His infinite knowledge, infinite ability, infinitely love and according to His best purpose.

God had a plan for Abraham and for his marriage with Sarah, and though Sarah was considered barren, though both of them were considered too old, and both of them made mistakes, yet at the right time in the appropriate season and place, God fulfilled His plans for them to the amazement of people who knew them and expected nothing from their marriage due to their age. Despite all the odds against them, Abraham and Sarah lived to see the promises of God and the plans of God fulfilled in their lives, so will you. Hanna was humiliated, insulted and made to suffer shame as a woman in her marriage because of delay in having children, but at the right place, with the right reason and before the same people who humiliated and insulted her, Hanna lived to see God’s plans fulfilled and said; “Then Hannah prayed: my heart rejoices in the Lord. The Lord has made me strong, now I have an answer for my enemies; I rejoice because you rescued me. No one is holy like the Lord, there is no one besides you; there is no Rock like our God. Stop acting so proud and haughty, don’t speak with such arrogance, for the Lord is a God who knows what you have done; he will judge your actions. The bow of the mighty is now broken, and those who stumbled are now strong. Those who were well fed are now starving, and those who were starving are now full. The childless woman now has seven children and the woman with many children wastes away” 1 Samuel 2:1-5. So will you see God fulfilling His plans for your life.

Noah was mocked, talked down, rejected and considered his person and message irrelevant, but he lived to see God fulfilled His plans, and so will you.  Isaac suffered wicked challenges; Esau desired to kill Jacob; Joseph was sold and made a slave; Moses was depressed and left in the forest with animals; Jabez was considered handicapped, a problem to his parents and hopeless; David was not regarded by his parents; Daniel was in the prison and later in the den with lions; Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego were dumped in a burning furnace; Job lost all he had including his family; Peter had a night of great disappointment; Paul abandoned his lucrative profession for the gospel of Jesus Christ, but despite their experiences, they lived to see God fulfilled His plans in and for their lives, and so will you see the fulfillment.
