THE POWER OF YOUR SALVATION

There are things we should not take for granted any longer when we become true Christians and true followers of Jesus Christ. Christianity is beneficial in all aspects of our lives now and forever and in the coming future irrespective of our age, profession, race, gender, and location. It should be noted that without Christ Jesus coming into the world in the human body, there would never have been Christianity, and without His words, His power, and the ultimate sacrifice of His body on the Cross at Calvary, there would never have been salvation for anyone irrespective of any form of good works and good attitudes. Through Christ Jesus, we have salvation, through salvation by His grace we are washed clean by His blood, pardoned of all past consequences, and we receive total forgiveness of all past and all present sins. Through salvation, we become children of the living God from heaven, filled with grace and the Holy Spirit of God from above to do the will of God and walk in His ways, doing what is good and necessary to lift His name up in the world and uphold His image and likeness in all that we do.

“But to as many as did receive and welcome Him, He gave the right, the authority, the privilege to become children of God, that is, to those who believe in, adhere to, trust in, and rely on His name, who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh physical impulse, nor of the will of man, that of a natural father, but of God, that is a divine and supernatural birth, they are born of God, spiritually transformed, renewed, sanctified. Jesus answered him, I assure you and most solemnly say to you, unless a person is born again, reborn from above, spiritually transformed, renewed, sanctified, he cannot ever see and experience the kingdom of God. Nicodemus said to Him, how can a man be born when he is old? He cannot enter his mother’s womb a second time and be born, can he? Jesus answered I assure you and most solemnly say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot ever enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, the physical is merely physical, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not be surprised that I have told you, you must be born again, reborn from above, spiritually transformed, renewed, and sanctified.” John 1:12-13. John 3:3-7

Salvation is a rebirth of oneself from what it was before, it is a change of thoughts, words, ways and attitude from what it was before, it is the acceptance of Jesus Christ, it is the full acceptance of all of His words, it is the discovery and correction of oneself, it is the actual submission of our whole bodies, our thoughts, our hearts, minds, words, and works to our Lord Jesus Christ for a total transformation and use thereafter. Salvation is coming into and having a new relationship with the Almighty God and seeking His ways and commands that will guide us throughout our lives on earth. The power of Salvation is that it brings us out from all forms of spiritual darkness, out from all forms of sins and guilts, out from the enclaves of Satan, out from ongoing and pending consequences of our past evil deeds, out from all forms of spiritual wickedness and all physical wickedness, afflictions and difficulties. Salvation brings us into the spotlight of God, enables us to walk in that light and keeps us in that light throughout.

Salvation does not hinder anyone from anything except committing, living in, and continuing in sin. Salvation does not stop anyone from being engaged in meaning living and completion that will enhance his or her standard of living but it sets standards of engagement that will ensure the continuous favor and blessings of God in those competitions and engagements. Salvation will not in any way and does not by any means prohibit you from getting rich and having wealth, but it enables you to know, to see and to understand what God has for you, what He had prepared for, and what He will enable you to have. Salvation God’s best will to all men and a blessing to all who have it. True salvation brings us into God’s presence were we inherit and live in all His goodness the rest of our lives.
