“The angel of the Lord called to Abraham from heaven a second time and said, I swear by myself, declares the Lord, that because you have done this and have not withheld your son, your only son, I will surely bless you and make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as the sand on the seashore. Your descendants will take possession of the cities of their enemies, and through your offspring, all nations on earth will be blessed, because you have obeyed me.” Genesis 22:15-18

This year, God wants you to be outstanding in His grace because He will show you mercy, He will show you favor, and He will show you His faithfulness; He will make it. A good beginning is all He needs from you, it is necessary, and it is important. God who had given you dreams and visions will bring them to fulfillment as He had said. This is the year to begin to see greatness and peace and fulfillment; this is the year to overcome the hurdles and surpass expectations, this is the year of your rejoicing and your victory. God had brought you into this year for a purpose which is bigger than your expectations and the reason that you will live to praise His name and honor Him. In trusting God for us to break forth as He had destined, there are things we must do consistently, believe consistently and follow diligently.

Jabez believed God, and believed also in prayers and committed himself to pray despite what he saw, knew, and heard about himself, his family and his parents. His prayer was answered and his request granted; Jabez expanded beyond the expectations of his family and parents. This year, you will continue to believe God, continue to pray, continue to live in expectations, God will not fail you, He will answer your prayers, and He will grant your request. Continue in your faith in Him and you will enjoy His faithfulness, favor, and grace in abundance. Abraham believed God, had faith in God, prayed to God and walk in obedience and he was established according to all the promises of God. Because of his faith, God changed his life, his situation and change things around and about him. Continue in your obedience to His words, you will receive the blessings of obedience and you will break forth. This is the promise:-

“Sing, O barren, you who have not borne, break forth into singing, and cry aloud, you who have not labored with child, for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married woman, says the Lord. Enlarge the place of your tent, and let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; do not spare; lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes. For you shall expand to the right and to the left, and your descendants will inherit the nations, and make the desolate cities inhabited. Do not fear, for you will not be ashamed, neither be disgraced, for you will not be put to shame; for you will forget the shame of your youth, and will not remember the reproach of your widowhood anymore. For your Maker is your husband, the Lord of hosts is His name, and your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel; He is called the God of the whole earth. For the Lord has called you like a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit, like a youthful wife when you were refused, says your God. For a mere moment I have forsaken you, but with great mercies, I will gather you. With a little wrath, I hid My face from you for a moment; but with everlasting kindness, I will have mercy on you, says the Lord your Redeemer. For this is like the waters of Noah to Me; for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah would no longer cover the earth, so have I sworn that I would not be angry with you, nor rebuke you. For the mountains shall depart and the hills be removed, but My kindness shall not depart from you, nor shall My covenant of peace be removed, says the Lord who has mercy on you. O you afflicted one, tossed with tempest, and not comforted, behold, I will lay your stones with colorful gems, and lay your foundations with sapphires. I will make your pinnacles of rubies, your gates of crystal, and all your walls of precious stones.” Isaiah 54:1-12. For prayers, Click here
